The original cubone wore it's mother's skull, and over time, it evolved to become part of cubone's anatamy to protect it's head.

You couldn't make a more overt disclaimer, yet people still find a way to rant how Tamashii is a hypocritical feminist this or holds double standards that. It's hilarious, and also kind of sad.
You really need a new definition of Opinions, facts and truth if you think her views are automatically wrong, because Pokemon, while more Progressive than Bakugan and Assassins Creed has it's faults too since their zgender system is abysmal.
@@basilofgoodwishes4138 I have to make note of the fact that their animals, sentient animals that can communicate sure but they still have gender differences. While the ratio of animals that procreate tend to be 1:1, certain INSECT species have a large disparity such as ants, termites and bees. I find Tamashii's reasoning for disliking Lopunny to be incredibly boring. Find a better reason then "IT'S BASED ON THE PLAYBOY BUNNY." Like, I'm happy she made it clear she had a biased opinion, but I'm still unhappy with how boring her reasoning was at the time.
Didn't she call someone a Garde"fag" for defending Gardevoir, a Pokemon she hated for being a supposed stereotype based on her own bias?
To be honest. The first time I saw Lopunny I was surprised by its overly sexuality design. But then I thought about it and I realized something. Pokemon is meant to be a game for all ages. This includes children that may be younger than even 10 years old. So I knew GameFreak wouldn't do that on purpose. So I did some digging and eventually realized something. So I called my little brother over (He was 10) and asked him to do an impersonation of a rabbit. He instantly shot his arms up to his chest and stuck his butt out and hopped around. He'd also swing his arms in order to jump higher just like how Lopunny attacks in Battle Revolution. Now I get it! It's supposed to be a child's interpretation of a rabbit. It's abilities Cluts, Cute Charm and Limber apply better for small children than they do for adult females. I'm not judging Tamashii for having an opinion. I'm saying this in order for others to see that what GameFreaks intention with Lopunny might have been. I'm not saying this is fact, it's just what I believe that GameFreak was trying to represent.
I used her in a fangame. I really like her since that.

Reading words is different than hearing a voice, for a voice can have the proper tone to indicate a joke. However, reading words can make it not as simple to identify jokes as it is with an audible voice. Well, that's how I see this kind of thing, knowing that I've made a mistake like that a long time ago.

I love Jynx and tbh people take her too seriously. She's not racist and she was never intended to be. Enough with all the "It has never been confirmed that...". She's based on the tanned Japanese girls. I've read it and heard it in many interviews. Making a big deal out of it (so far that they have to change her skin colour to purple of all colours) doesn't make them or Jynx the racists. It makes you the racist for pointing out the resemblance and going on and on about it. Pokémon likes to make the fun Pokémon as well as the cool Pokémon. Without fun Pokémon, there's no point in having a game.

You'd be completely right if she didn't do her research beforehand. If she'd approached the Pokémon without knowing what she was, then fair enough but she's a highly intelligent UA-camr who puts a lot of effort into her videos. It doesn't take much research to learn what Jynx is based off. Bulbapedia's a good start. :)

I love this list. I love most of the pokémon on it, but it's really refreshing to NOT see another list with the same 5-10 pokémon that everyone commonly hates, and it's awesome that the reasons for disliking each one isn't just "Look at its design eeeeeeeeeeew!". You actually have your own personal reasons. That's awesome. I'm totally cool with your list even though I love most of them myself.
And what's up with the people hating on you for ranting about your sister.. I've been watching your videos for a while and this is like the second or third time I even hear about her, and I like to think I'm paying attention. If I had a sister like that I'd be ranting too, and I don't even think you're that bad :P I think some people need to calm down lol.

Exactly! I made a favorite gen-type pokemon meme on deviantart, with the policy to not include legendaries out of the legendary box, but I had to break the rule and have Zygarde on the regular ground types because I couldn't even bring myself to draw it!

I really have to agree with Cubone, i always found it cute but it can break your brain trying to figure it out.. Much like Kangaskhan and how it's born a mother after coming out of a egg. Although if i had to name a least fav it's gotta be Diggersby.

for me its dewgong story: in one of my heartgold playthroughs i got to pryces gym one of the trainers had a dewgong it used a combination of rest hypnosis and aurora beam to beat my whole team TWICE and i had typhlosion
My most hated is Spinda. So many bad memories of running over those things in Sapphire...and the fact that its eyes are always squiggly its just..weird and doesn't make sense. I definitely agree with what you said about Cubone too.

I personally think this is a great list. A lot of times people make this sort of thing and only base it on stats movepool and type. Meanwhile, this list is based completely on opinion and personal experience

I dunno about the rest, but Wooper is my #1 least favorite... when I had Pearl I would ALWAYS run into them and, because I chose Chimchar at the beginning, they were never easy to KO earlier in the game, they'd just stand there... mocking me... with their external gills and derpy smile...

Good list!! Although I really don't agree with your reasons for Yanmega. You are focusing too much on your English language culture and upbringing. You see, of *all* the major languages in the world (English, French, Italian, Spanish, Portuguese, German, Russian, Arabic, Japanese and Chinese) English is the *only* language to refer to this insect as a "dragon•fly". The word for this insect in all other languages has absolutely nothing to do with a dragon. So while you would have been happy with your bug/dragon Yanmega, *EVERYONE* else in the world would have been wondering why the heck this is a dragon type Pokemon. While I completely understand and respect your own personal biases for all the other Pokemon on this list, you can't want a Pokemon to have a certain type simply based on the etymology of the word for the animal its based on in *one* language... it's just unreasonable =P
Not many of them make literal sense any way, so I don't understand this criticism. The major genus for dragonflies is Libellulidae which most likely is derived from the Latin word "libella" meaning booklet. Being a book pokemon would make far less sense!
Yet there's a flat fish that's Electric/Ground and a Ground gym leader that has a Normal type on his team...
Yeah, that always baffled me why they are called "dragonflies". I can understand why Tamashii would be upset about the type, but when you think about it what does it have that connects to a dragon? And it kinda doesn't make sense why it would be in her least favorite list with all do respect.

I disagree with the Yanmega thing. Combined with its stats and its ability, it would be EXTREMELY broken if it was a bug/dragon type. Like seriously, a dragon type with speed boost? How do you deal with that?

I have a similar encounter modifier problem. I wanted to catch a Cyndaquil on Platinum, but every Pokémon I found was that of the ones normally found on the route I was on but at the level I selected.
I've always really liked Jynx. She's always come off as mysterious to me, and imo has the most sinister battle cry of ANY other Pokemon.

I'll never understand how most people take opinion videos so damn seriously. It's not like Tamashii said that her opinion is law and everyone else is wrong. It's her opinion, just like it's someones opinion if they disagree with her; but that doesn't mean that you have to lash out or bash someone for something as harmless as an opinion.
This world would be such a better place if people weren't so easily offended by someones opinion. Especially if that person isn't trying to force their opinion onto other people.
I cannot stand Muk or Grimer, when I was little I thought they were so gross. I hated the evil expression Grimer gave you, or how Muk just looked like it was going to eat your family. Also, in the anime, when Erika was being ganged up on by Grimer, I only started to dislike it more. I have never had either one on my team, and I intend on keeping it that way.

I remember that stupid trade feature in Emerald. In the 2006 mew event in Toys R Us I tried getting mew on my emerald but I couldn't because I hadn't beaten the elite 4. I was only around 7 or 8 years old and didn't fully understand how to beat the champion so I missed out on that Mew and it made me so upset.

My one problem with this list is that stunfisk was not on it. If I had to name my least favorite pokemon, it would be stunkisk, and if not, it would have been second by a margain of 1,000,000,000th of a width of a hair.

ikr stunfisk is terrible! but my least favorite is klefki. i mean like, ITS A KEYCHAIN. THATS IT.
Klefki is based off of a Japanese mythological creature that steals small and/or shiny objects. Stunfisk is the insole of a shoe that makes a raspberry when you send it out. Plus, it's sort of a let down:
Electric+Ground? Cool.

I guess I haven't given him a chance, Surf is a nice perk, and the whole "flounder ray" thing makes sense, it just hasn't appealed to me. Especially because Magnezone is my favorite Pokemon, which puts most other electric types at a disadvantage anyway...

I actually really like Lopunny's design. Sure, it's sexualized a bit, but so what? So are Machoke and Machamp. Besides, Lopunny was always sort of regal looking to me, and I thought t was sort of pretty. I don't really think it's sexist at all, even if it is a bit sexualized. It's not shown in a negative light or anything. It just sort of looks like it was meant to be appealing, but Machamp and Machoke do the same. If one is sexist, they all are. If one isn't, they all aren't. I'm really starting to hate this double standard. Sorry, but this video has probably earned my dislike, not only for the double standard, but for bad reasoning as well.

I do also rather dislike Lopunny, though not because of her sexualized body, but moreso her stats and pointless abilities, I mean sure, limber is fine but...Klutz? KLUTZ?! Why do this to us, Gamefreak? The little rabbit deserved so much more, like Huge Power or even Sheer Force, even though it might not even be that useful on her, but come on! There was so much potential.

Lopunny's Cute Charm ability is rather useful for finding Pokemon of a certain gender (it makes opposite-gender Pokemon more likely to appear), and its above-average speed makes it easier to run from Pokemon after encountering them. Klutz is mainly useful in situations where an opponent uses Trick or Bestow to give it a harmful item like a Toxic Orb.
Katelyn Waters The mega evolution doesn't make the design worse... at all... And the stats have increase... a lot.

10. Trevanent (mostly because of it's annoyingness in competitive battling)
9. Miltank (you know why, Whitney)
8. Pelipper (I don't really dislike this pokemon but I think that the evolution of wingull, my favorite non-evolved pokemon could have had an evolution that did not look like a bird with a huge beak that looks like it's derping all the time)
7. Shedinja (I don't like shedinja because of it's back sprite. It says in the pokedex that if you stare into the hole on shedinja's back that you will loose you soul. Well if you have a shedinja and you use it in battle, you are staring right in that hole! What's the big deal gamefreak)
6. Slaking (because his design looks a little to much like a fat lazy guy who never works out or does any physical activity)
5. Azurill (because of it's sad face0
4. Gorebyss (because there are two shells covering part of it's body where breasts could develop I think this is an example of pokémon "opening itself up" to immaturity)
3. Unknown (way to gimmicky and only learns hidden power bla bla bla the usual)

1. Pikachu (way to much publisity, looks overpowered in the show, sucks in the game. I just hate everything about him)

I do understand the dissappointment for Yanmega not being dragon, but to be honest, if it was dragon, many would question it, as it is called other things in other languages, and therefore would be a bug without any connection to dragon whatsoever. In danish (Translated to english) It's called a Gold smith - That doesn't make it a steel type :3
This exactly. The Japanese word for dragonfly has NOTHING TO DO WITH the Japanese word for dragon. In Japan it’s called “victory bug”. Thus, I don’t really expect them to make that “dragon-fly” connection, especially because English proficiency in Japan isn’t very high.

I like your reasons for disliking these Pokemon. They're different and more interesting than pretty much everyone else's.
Some Pokemon I dislike are Tentacool, Jigglypuff (overrated as hell), Lugia, Volbeat, Slaking, Hitmontop, Giratina, Drapion, and Scraggy. There are more, but I don't feel like listing every single one :P

For me, Jynx, Mr. Mime, Klefki, Diggersby, Dedenne, Shaymin, Probopass, Sunflora, Entei, and the Vanillite family are my top 10 most hated. A lot of things from gen 5 are contenders though.

I never liked any of the fossil pokemon. Up until x and Y, it was always so out of the way to get the fossils and a pain to train up to be on your team. This is extremely prevelent in gen 1 where you cant purify your fossil until the 7th gym and your team is around mid 40s at that point and you get the fossil at lvl 20.
No fossils in gen 2
In gen 3 you can get the fossils after the 4th gym, but both anorith and lileap have such terrible moves that they arent worth training up.
In gen 4 you wait until you get to the 3rd or 4th gym to get the explorer kit, which you use to go underground to actually dig up the fossils. They were always too big and you had a certain amount of strikes with the pickaxe before the wall falls and it's gone forever.

ah, it's been a while since i played them, my white dissapeared and i didn't get black 2 til three weeks before y came out, so i didn't properly play it, only used it to get some pokemon from platinum to y
im not saying i didn't like b/w and b2/w2, i loved white, but i lost it, and never really got back into black 2 after completing the league

I have the same feelings about sunflora pretty much. Though I honestly think ferrothorn had one of the better looks among gen 5 pokemon because of the color scheme.

I really like Yanmega, but I do agree that not making it Bug-Dragon was a huge missed opportunity.
I can tell you why Cubone (if I spelled it right) has the skull on its head. When the mother dies and it wears the skull it starts a new evolution path, then making it possible to breed.
Message to everyone who obnoxiously posted about at least ONE POKEMON that they LIKED from this list, and hated this video. I agree with quite a bit of this video like the Jynx, Lopunny (which I actually kinda like) and Yanmega. True, Game Freak wasted the chance of a Bug/Dragon typing, but they might introduce triple type combinations like Bug/Flying/Dragon in OR/AS. True, Lopunny might be a bit sexualized. And true, Jynx might be based off either of the three options. Jeez, people, what's your problem? Accept that this is TAMASHII'S opinion and TAMASHII'S opinion only.

First; this video was made before X & Y came out. Sun and Moon were to release three years after Tamashii made this video. Delphox wasn't revealed until 12th of October, this video was made in June, rah rah rah.
Gothitelle and Gardevoir, although I admit have loads of Rule 34, don't have much sexual ties. They're just feminine psychics. Loppunny, however, is very strongly similar to the Playboy bunny, thus is Tamashii's least favourite.

Really? it actually didn't stick with me that trubbish is a trash bag and garbodor is a trash bag that's been ripped open, until I used one on my team. and even then I think it's sort of adorable, like the derpy kind of adorable, you feel sad for it, but it tries all the same.

I don't like Lopunny and all kinds of "strictly male / female looking Pokemon" just because they tend to be available in both genders. Male Lopunnies or female Mr. Mimes are just weird. If they handle it like Kangaskhan, Machamp or Jynx I don't care about that stuff. But male versions for really feminine looking Pokemon (and vice versa) just annoys me. At least give the male and female other designs then, like Diggersby / Lopunny could've had one prevolution in common.

i do agree that Cubone's skull is a small design flaw, but its evo; Marowak, shows that the skull has almost grown on to him, like its supposed to be part of his body.
think of it as an exoskeleton, but then only partial, and just ignore the pokedex entries as much as you can

I have the exact same feels about Lopunny. I was actually pretty taken aback the first time I saw it, because I really was not expecting to see a Playboy Bunny Pokemon.
Well I hate Golbat! From the bottom of my heart. Crappy design, just a huge mouth on wigns, it makes an annoying cry, and the name is stupid. What the hell does Gol- even mean? Gol-bat. Wtf?
Not to mention that it never lets you escape in wild battle. Youre trying to navigate in a cave, then you encounter a wild Golbat.

-Air cutter (high crit chance, powerful enough to faint your pokemon)

And one day, that egg hatched. Later, it's mother died, and in it's sorrow, it wore it's mother's skull. The mother was later known as "The Mother" or "Cubone's Mother". This became a tradition that is still carried out to this day
