Sony A1 Video Capture Guide - The Complete Online Course: photoworkshopsandtours.com/index.php/product/sony-a1-video-capture-guide-the-definitive-online-course/
Saw an Osprey today, but did not know what majestic bird of prey it was! Your video has SO educated me. Thank-you! Most amazing footage and pictures! Great job!
I was an ocean lifeguard for years in the 80's and 90's.... We'd see one a summer in the early 80's.... in 15 years they were plentiful. But..... seeing them in slow motion is a much different perspective. Thanks.
Mark you have told us incredible nature of top predator. It is a Beautiful story . We are lucky to watch. “THANK You “. Definitely I will buy your book mate Love from 🇦🇺Australia.
Realmente asombroso y brutal. No conozco a nadie que sepa plasmar tanta belleza en los vídeos y fotos como tu, Mark, con esta especie a la que tanto tiempo dedicas y que sin lugar a dudas amas. Enhorabuena por el gran trabajo.
You need to get an award for this episode. You are the best of the best. What you see and what you do is the same thing. Unity. I am completely stunned
It’s a shame that Mark doesn’t get sponsored by companies, he absolutely absolutely deserves it. Let’s buy his merchandise and support him the best we can. Cheers !
I'm in a development near Venice Fl and we have Osprey, but not too many. I don't have the 600 f/4 but 200-600mm paired with the A1. I'm struggling to get crisp shots. so when I see your accomplishments it only inspires me to keep trying and gaining more experience in capturing the action of these beautiful hunters. Well done and thank you for posting!!!
You are definitely the master when it comes to photographing these birds! I am sure your skill did not come overnight 😊. Always look forward to these videos. I loved the slow motion .
Every time I think to myself "How can Mark ever get a better shot than that one"...he does! Gorgeous images and the metaphor comparing a photographers intent to that of a hunting osprey is right on the money!
Absolutely amazing Mark, just as a viewer I wanted to share a small story with you. For the first time after pandemic times, our grandaughter of only 1 and a half years old came to visit us, first time we may meet her. And guess what? She was marvelled for some minutes (Short attention span) with all this production you made! I thank you so much! You made her smile, call the birds in a kind of whistle and move her arms like flying !
Nice. The central idea is not to give up as like the osprey and yourself. Try and try until you succeed. Quiting does not give one a chance to success. Very nice.
Spectacular. I love the way you captured the powerful lift of the dominant Osprey in the beginning. I could feel it in addition to seeing it. Beautifully accomplished. Thanks.
Hello 👋 Patricia. How are you doing? Hope you are fine. I'm Zack Hudson and am from Denver Colorado. Where are you from? You seem like a very smart lady
Hello Zack…I am doing well here on the east coast. Thanks for your comments. Gave me another opportunity to re-visit and admire Mark’s talents and the wonderful Osprey. Take care. 🦋
@@05sassafrasrose you're welcome. I have been to the east coast so many years ago, and it's very nice there, I will love to visit again. Have you been to Colorado before?
Love your Osprey work Mark. I am following all the nest here in the UK. Ospreys were wiped out 120 years ago and are slowly (down to reintroduction projects) making a return. Reasonable numbers in Scotland and the start of a revival in England and Wales. For example this year. We have seen the first chicks born on the South coast for 180 years. It’s a slow process but hopefully these magnificent birds can be restored in all the relevant areas in the UK.
Very impressive video and stills. You are the 'Osprey Hunter' for sure. Between your skill set and the amazing equipment available today, it doesn't get any better. Thanks for sharing.
Spectacular work Mark, its hard work getting that eye in focus, but you nailed it, I bet sessions like that result in 1000s of images to go through !!!
I love the documentary about these remarkable birds, and even more; the fact that you stick to the subject without the propaganda like that gets shoved down our throats on Nat. Geo. for example. You are exceptionally talented, and your work speaks for itself.
A great spectacle Mark can't get enough of these Ospreys ! It takes hours to get images like these so thanks for sharing ! I am trying your settings with my Sony A1and enjoying the exposure peaking tip ! Amazing camera the A1 so many ways you can set it !
Wonderful film & photography. Here in Scotland the Ospreys are building up numbers again with help from different trusts. They fly all the way from Africa to Scotland every Spring, it's always exciting to welcome them back.❤ This year 2024 our weather has affected the Ospreys fishing, with hail & gale force winds. 2 chicks being translocated to Spain. Them & Eagles are my favourite Raptors.😻🏴
Once again: great story, great video, great images. You have truly surpassed yourself. I've watched you for years getting better and better. I believe you are a master now. Thanks for the video and the story that goes with it.
Mark - your videos are the BEST !! It shows you are committed to the quality and content. I might say Hi at Conowingo in the next few weeks ("Ken from PA"). Afterwards, we are headed to Sanibel while my wife looks down for shells and I look up for wildlife
Incredible footage and images, and a superb commentary! I nearly cried for the poor osprey that got drenched! I'm so glad it caught a good sized meal eventually. I have seen osprey here in the UK from a great distance and got a few record images but couldn't hope to get pics like yours. Enjoyed everything about this amazing video.
Your videos are amazing to watch! The footage of the Osprey in this one is superb! You have a gift at narrating your videos! I see a brighter future for you and your work!
Daaaaaaaaaang . . . My only option is to apologize to the rest of the world for ever showing them my shots. Either that, or sign up for one of your photog trips next year! Which I think I will do, but . . . I've now seen what excellence is, and I have little hope of achieving it. Wow, Mark, I don't have enough superlatives to say how great this video is and how much I learned just watching it. Can't thank you enough!
Great video - I wish my photography was as good as yours. In the UK we only have limited time to see these magnificent birds. Really looking forward to receiving your book soon. Keep giving us these amazing footages.

Very nice of your family and friends
You had me on the edge of my seat rooting for the tired Osprey.
Yay!!!
With determination, the osprey got one. With your amazing talent, we can see mother nature up close and enjoy such beauty. Thank you!
I can’t even imagine how much work you put in to get to this level. Awesome stuff.
It’s not work when it’s this much fun
That is the greatest line ever…”I can’t imagine… to get to this level. It is so beautiful 👍🙏🏼🤯
Saw an Osprey today, but did not know what majestic bird of prey it was! Your video has SO educated me. Thank-you! Most amazing footage and pictures! Great job!
Your excellent photography is a reflection of wonderful patience, and patience is an integral part of one's capacity to love, which makes you gifted.

The osprey at 4:49- a tapestry of brown and white and glowing amber eyes. Mesmerizing.
So nice to be able to witness so many ospreys diving right in front of you
Mark you have told us incredible nature of top predator. It is a Beautiful story . We are lucky to watch. “THANK You “. Definitely I will buy your book mate Love from 🇦🇺Australia.
Really liked how you compared the Osprey's determination to your own. Great way to end the video.
Thank you!
Stunning photography! How amazing to see such beautiful birds up close. Absolutely beautiful! Many thanks!
Magnificent! Those symmetric ospry shots are the best I've seen ever! And those pectacular slowmo videos Mark, beautifully done!
Thank you!

Another great story told with outstanding images - both stills and video. Love the slow-mo and your beginning was outstanding!
I liked way of explaining, way the words have been strung together and quality of video is just very good.
That has to be THE best channel on UA-cam. What a passionate educator and talented creator you are, Mark!
Greetings from France
the osprey flying with the fish is really awesome, great capture!
I love the way you told your story, building the drama with these fantastic images you captured. I’m always thankful that you share this with us.
It’s a shame that Mark doesn’t get sponsored by companies, he absolutely absolutely deserves it. Let’s buy his merchandise and support him the best we can. Cheers !

Thank you very much!
You want to hear a word about your videos and images what not even exist. You are the bestest.
Such great photography! Thank you very much! Years ago I was at a nearby pond and got to video an Osprey snaring a bass out of the pond. It was great.
Mark - your videos are the BEST !! It shows you are committed to the quality and content. I might say Hi at Conowingo in the next few weeks ("Ken from PA"). Afterwards, we are headed to Sanibel while my wife looks down for shells and I look up for wildlife

Awesome as always. The skill it takes to keep a bird diving at that rate of speed and then not fly right by is amazing.
Mark, The quality of your photography is simply inspirational. Thank you so very much for sharing so generously and providing something to strive for.
Fantastic again!! Congrats on another world class video.I will be booking another trip to see you!
Wonderful narration along with fabulous photography! Thanks so much for what you do!
Awesome video and storytelling Mark! Thank you for sharing!
Excellent.! I love em. They'll hang out on decks and docks working the canals down here in S TX. Beautiful creatures.
Wow. I’m certain God is delighted with this bird which was imagined, designed, and created by him. Thank you for this mesmerizing video. 😀
I totally agree. An incredible bird to watch. Thanks Mark.
Must "God" be mixed into all nature's wonders? The fauna (and flora) has developed from itself during billions of years - automatically, so to speak!
You sure "God" is a "him" and not a "her" or "it"? And what would "he" say about the poor fish? Must be a disappointment I guess.
MASTER Mark! This is AMAZING and I love the shirt.
Thanks
Amazing story. Amazing video. I have Nikon d750 with 200-500 mm lens but never catched such sharp images. Thank you.
Really fun to watch...all the images were my favorites. Looking forward to watch your next video
Mind-blowingly Incredible Story Telling!
