too many bugs with this box, spent a good hour setting up favourites lists only to see them disappear the next time the box updates content. The last firmware/software update was over a month ago and Formuler seems to be slacking getting a number of issues fixed. I would not recommend this box for at least another 2 to 3 months while they sort out these issues.
You think it could be Your box maybe. I haven't had any issues with mine it works perfectly. Maybe reach out to where you purchased it see what can be done to help the situation.

Not on this platform. I won't. That's how you get your UA-cam channel shut down
Secondly, you don't switch the providers because it's all under one. That's the difference between my TV online3. The other versions won't let you do that. So you're trying to switch between providers. You don't have to because it's all in one. The only thing you're going to switch from is either you're going to change from live TV to your on demand choices
