Hello, how do I find a movie or series? There is not ALL like on my Formulate Z7+. Thanks for your help
I bought a formula Z10 se but I can't set it to 4k in Kodi, only full hd? I have an OLED TV and I also have an Nvidia shield pro and with the nvidia I can set the Kodi to 4K.
I purchased 2 of the Z10 Pro Max boxes, 1 for our living room and 1 for the bedroom to replace the Firestick 4K's we were using and I have to say that they're very nice boxes, except for the remote controls included with the Z10 and Z11. Our boxes came with 2 remotes (the standard remote you see in this video and an extra legacy remote). Both remotes on both boxes DO NOT work if not pointed directly at the boxes, DO NOT work for anything (i.e watching OTA T.V using an external outside antenna, if the boxes are turned off), & are definitely NOT user friendly in a poorly lit room. At times, it also requires pushing the button 2 or 3 times before the box responds, I believe this is due to the I.R technology.
I also found there was way too much button pushing to make your way through the MY TV app to use muscle memory for in the dark vs. Firestick all being on a lit screen. I wound up sending the bedroom box back and returning to the Firestick in that room. The remotes are my only complaint regarding these boxes, as it has very nice features and I would highly recommend Z Pro Max as long as it’s placed in a well lit room and you don’t mind having to point the remote directly at the box.
I try to leave this review as many places as possible to help others out with a real world experience, but found a certain site owned by a guy named Tr*y Po*nt who claims to give UNBIASED product reviews, actually gives VERY BIASED product reviews and deletes truthful real world ones! Be wary of his product reviews!
Hey, thanks for reaching out and giving that review. You're absolutely right that IR technology is suspect meaning it's just doesn't work as well as it should. When it comes to the remotes being backlit one of the things that we sell are the covers that go to the remote that you stick in the light and it will light up enough light around the remote that you're covering that you can see the buttons. But yes you have to get rid of that IR because if you try to use that IR technology plugin that they have it, the remotes are very unfunctional so I never use them

Sorry for my late reply. You're probably going to have to change your remote control and purchase the voice activated remote control that they sell. That way you can control the IR controls on your TV
Nice video, I'm thinking of buying one. In the video you mentioned you had another video in which explains how to record a channel and watch a different channel at the same time. Where is that video?

do you need a smart tv for this to work, or can you use the unconnected regular 780p old lcd screen tv. I attach a chromecast device to my Regular old LCD screen and it can cast PC things to the TV screen just to give you context.

Can you add streaming apps onto the box like a regular android box?
Yes
Is the set orientation app available on this box? Some apps are mobile screen size anyway to fix this so they open tv size ?
You can add whatever you like to the box, not your choice. Most videos that I found for set orientation all around fire stick. This Android device doesn't need to have its applications that are installed fixed. Am I off?

I have buzz tv box , and having freezing issues. What is the review on that respect to formuler? Also buzz allows 10 iptv services to be loaded at once. I use 3 atm. How many would form allow
Does your Buzz Box have a 2.5 hard disk if so try pulling out and see if it freezes I bought a 2Pack Mini USB Computer Fan but not using the card bus it has stop the freezing I just use a 512 sd mini card Buzz has gone down hill with help.

does the recording function you mentioned work with Portal connections or just .m3u connections?
Portal or m3u are both the same as they use the Mytvonline application.

I do not see the options you are referring to, or at least i must admit i don't understand the options you are referring to. my portal is mac id based, yes i have the option of submitting a user/pass but i see no difference between the two connection methods
A friend of mine has the Formuler 9, I have 2 Formuler Z11 Pro Max. He can go back in EPG and look for programs that was aired 2 week before, I can't. HELP. And I bought the Pro Max for his extra 32Gb but I can't make recordings on the memory???? So, whatfor the extra 32Gb can be used? My intention was the make recording on that part of the memory and to transfert these to my PC for editing.

I just bought the Z11 Pro Max and am really unhappy. The remote won't pair following their instructions. What is worse is the box freezes up after a few remote commands. I have to wait a while before I can enter more commands. I don't know if the remote is causing this or the box, but it is very frustrating. I haver reset the box and still it freezes.

Can your record a series? In a single recording programming
I believe you can record but it's mainly for the live TV side where you can schedule and record. If you have on demand on this device then there are several different options that give you the ability to go back and watch that when you want

@@stevehamilton7385 is the programming from the information guide within your box lists that program to be that long and as long as You should be able to do it. Please keep in mind to record on one of these units. You have to add an external hard drive or memory because it does not allow you to use the internal memory

Yes!
Have owed a few formuler boxes and they are fantastic for my needs but the 11 seems to be very buggy ATM going on the formuler forum posts will be holding off until they are ironed out
There is a beta upgrade code. It has fixed everything. Did your reseller give it to you?

Still a fake android tv box, not supporting full HD or 4k Netflix, Amazon prime and other stream services in 1080p. Formuler boxes does not have officially license for that.
You sure about that because I'm pretty sure I can access they're unlinked store and get all that that you're talking about. But you got to know someone to get that and the fact that you're on my page slamming it you're not going to get the code bro

You have to download a fake Netflix app to watch Netflix, and you get Netflix only in 720p. You are not able to watch Netflix or Amazon Prime in 1080p or 4k. Because this android box is fake android! Does not support certificate licenses. Learn about that! Now I have nvidia shield pro and you can't compare a real android tv box with that fake android... paying a lot of money cause mytvonline app. What a joke.
