Amazing capabilities, i have the same but with no AWD, here in Argentina Honda never sold with a real-time AWD system, it is a shame..., but I drove in the sand with it, only i deflated the tires ... amazing.. a little more clearance of the floor should be great
Actually the older and newer CR-X were two door models with regular handles not hidden in the window door frame like the HR-V. The closest car to have a similar hidden door handle set-up is the Toyota CH-R
It’s awd it can handle snow, any car with awd can handle snow it’s a given. What you should’ve also done is try to drift and slide it in a parking lot with traction control off. That’s what people looking at these videos want to see and it THE #1 thing I look for when shopping for an AWD vehicle.
I never trust the range meter. My trip meter I'm putting gas in about 430 miles with like 1 bar left on gauge. I run 93 in all my stuff also. Most driven on highway.
Great footage, thanks for sharing. Makes me wonder if it's even possible to lift one of these previous generation HRV's? Maybe 1 or 2 inches to allow slightly larger tires? I have a 2017 and do a lot of camping. It would be nice with a little more ground clearance when driving on some of the unpaved roads when camping. Thanks again. That looked like fun.
Appreciate a normal guy review like this. Thank you.
💪💪 I try. Definitely was fun
Great review and I'm glad you enjoy this car as much as I do!! (coming from a fellow happy 2022 EX Hrv Owner)
Likes the snow, it’s purring.
Wow I found this video randomly, and here you’re in the same town wow just bought one last Thursday
Small world boiiee

Dude that sucks. Imagine if yall could get them. Be tearing up the dunes
Awesome vid. The engine bay on this looks so easy to work on
Thanks man. I'm super happy with it
The HR-V does work
An this just there standard tires. Cant imagine with good rubber what he would do

No but the 87 I had, had the door handles up off the door skin. Kinda like the hrv. Not exactly.
Wow it's really good in snow ❄️
Surprisingly it is. Even on stock tires

Sadly with trac off it still won't let me drift it. Tried it
Computer says no lol
Lol this kid is a clown. But besides his comment great video on your end brother
HR-V from Honda itself, actually means Hi-Rider Revolutionary Vehicle.
Word. Didn't know that. Sales guy told me different. But you know sales guys lol
We may take our 22 sport awd to the snow this weekend but I will buy snow chains just in case
Hellzz yea. Send it. So far 4 to 6 inches he does well on stick tires
At 4:50, you stated it gets 400 to 500 miles to a tank. Not sure how you get that, i consistently gets 330 miles according to the digital display.

Absolutely. An best way to find out is send it yea. Lol idk about lifting them. Definitely would be a badass ride made into a off road beast
Lifting this vehicle makes no sense. Get a Jeep.
I'll try to drive mine tomorrow ong I was so scared to drive the ice and snow ❄️ 😫 😩
You'll be good. Just take your time
Should have left the traction control on for better handling in the snow, that’s what it was intended for.
Not when you tryin to send it boiie
Did you buy snow tires or on the stocks
On stock tires
