My advice is always just hold your phone as long as you can live with it. When the time to upgrade is due you will notice the upgrades. Even you can opt for previous year's model to save some money and you will still feel the upgrade.
I got hope in the 16. They can’t go 3 years without improving battery life, they’re still up there but if they don’t improve battery this year, they will for sure start falling behind
If u need big battery go for 15 plus believe me 15 plus has fantastic battery backup

The rumors were that the display size was getting increased only on the Pro and Pro Max, and the regular and the Plus were staying at their normal size

Hey Nick, been a while since I've commented on one of your videos. I upgraded Dec, 2023 from a 12 Pro Max to a 15 Pro Max. I found it to be a nice upgrade, got a great deal on it. At the end of the day though, it's just a new iPhone.
These differences aren't like going from a base iPhone to a max or a foldable. 12 Pro Max to 15 Pro Max is a refinement upgrade, but a great one at that! The fact you got a great deal makes it worth it though.

How is the camera compared to the 13 Pro ? Is there a massive difference in the 24 MP vs 12 MP camera ?
i think its safe to say that the phone designs this year both from samsung and Iphone is already at their peak. that's why they just slightly upgrading their features and polishing their design.

The focal length for regular 15 is better than 15 pro series for autofocusing close up. I think the 16 series will fix it 🤔
honestly im gonna wait for the 16... no point in upgrading now from my 13 if my airpods still use lighting cable... so ill have to wait for the 16 and the APM2

base 15 has the worst battery life of the line up and a 60 hz display. Glad youre happy with it but i wouldnt be.
@@Mr_Smackle i really don’t care about a 60hz display or battery life. It’s been treating me well. I watch UA-cam content on a MacBook Pro or my iPad. My iPhone is for basic usage on the go.

Are you sure the iphone 15 will get the AI features? Cause I've seen people say it's only the 16 thanks to its new chip made for ai :( That's why I hesitate to buy the 15 now

I guess the easiest answer to this question is: If you need a phone buy it, if you can wait you dont need a new phone right now.

Bro looking all the rumours and leaks doesn't seem to wait because Ai features only reserved for pro models and 2 gigs more ram other then everything is same
We will need to see what happens, but I wouldn't be surprised if that was the case as that would be a way for Apple to seperate the models.

According to the rumors that I read the regular 17 models are getting 120 hz and the pro models will have triple 48 mp lens with 24 mp on the front. Both sound really good, if these are gonna be true they are gonna be one of the best selling models in a long time

What's the point in waiting for the iPhone 16 when. It's clearly not going to come with atleast a 90hz refresh rate.

@@theghostlyhills thats u. It does matter if u've ever used a 90-120hz phone to scroll for a few days u will notice the diff for sure. We have adaptive refresh rate tech for few years now and it wont affect battery much, just go and compare plus and pro max model's battery. Im speaking as someone who use apple's product as main devices but i just cant really understand how today 15 /15 plus which cost 50% more but feels slower than 5 years old android phone.

@@kendregab7328 You will miss the side gestures that's for sure, probably you will hate the notifications and lack of customisation, some features that are standard on android are not on the iPhone for example in the phone app are things missing that in android you have, some apps exclusive to android (kiwi browser is one of them), the flexibility of the phone....... and that should be it, and how to transfer data well, there is an app on the play store made by apple that makes it very easy to transfer all the data, also the fingertip scaner, yeah, say goodbye to that one too
I would wait to get the 16 it’s going to have a18 chipset the 15 has the 16 chipset and the 15 pro max has 17 pro chipset so it only make since to get 16 or 15pm

Basic things like phone dialer sometimes become white
Whats app video call gets stuck cannot receive call or end calls
2. Long Pdf don’t load quite often
3. And several other software bugs like in youtube and other apps

That we can't say yet as Apple is known to change their colors last minute, also many times the rumors on colors is usually the ones that are not very accurate.

120hz is cool but also affects battery life. It's not a must for most people
Apple has the 60Hz on its base iPhone because it extends battery life. Most users are accustomed to 60Hz and don't seem to care. Also, Apple downgrades features on its base iPhone to differentiate it from the premium Pro models.

@@irczay9632 120hz is way smoother, Cameras are significantly better, have longer battery life, and have a much brighter display in all conditions, smoother more premium, and more ergonomic feel in hand. Also, it is significantly faster.
