I feel privileged to live a life watching and knowing about Betty Boop and her friends, the joy and kindness they spread will live forever in our hearts.
I grew up watching betty boop and it has just taught me so much and when color started i couldnt help but watch all the time. My granddaughter is here this weekend and she loves it! her birthday is may 4th and she cant stop asking for a betty boop party. what have ive done lol
Though "Poor Cinderella" is on here and that was produced in color. Though I've seen a horrible B&W print of the film on another PD compilation (it had some Popeye and Looney Tunes cartoons on it)
There are some even better far more properly colorized versions of some of the original Betty Boop cartoons, which look way better than this even. I suggest looking up some of those. Compared to this, those versions make this videos colorization look quite bad in my opinion.

She was no longer interested in men and became sort of like a domestic housewife minus a husband. The Fleisher Studio was coerced into lengthening her skirt and was eventually upstaged by her pet dog Pudgy. Betty became more conservative. but heck, I'm conservative morally and politically, but I have no problem with Betty Boop whatsoever she's sweet, sexy and innocent.
Yeah this was great. Just wish they'd shared some of the properly colorized versions that exist for some of the original Betty Boop cartoons, instead of this not so great colorization. Those are even more fun to watch. I suggest looking up some of those and watching them. If you thought this was fun, then those will knock you off your feet.

I fall asleep to watching really old Paul terry toons and Fleischer and such and the older the better.
The art and creativity for this time is so underrated its indescribable.
