Hi sir, today's judgement is related to section 24 of the advocates act, Supreme court has delivered the judgment that every bar council in states and India overall has to charge 750 for general and 250 of SC/st and this judgement has prospective effect only .
I have applied and paid a fee amount to the bar council just 2 weeks before, is there any remedy to refund my amount or I have to file writ petition regarding this ??

the Court declared that the judgment will have a prospective effect only, meaning that the Bar Councils are not required to refund the enrolment fees collected in excess of the statutory amount so far.
