What’s the point of the Old Testament rules if we’re not saved by works but we’re saved by faith? Do I still need to do good works if we’re saved by God’s grace? Paul answers these important questions in Galatians 3.

If you walk into a room and your kid is drawing on the wall but you never said "don't draw on the wall" would you punish him for it? Why or why not?

Think about it. How does a law that was only given to old Covenant Israel and has not existed for nearly two thousand years "expose sin" in people today? It doesn't exist!!

No one alive today was ever under the law or its curse.
No one alive today is redeemed from the curse of the law.
    3 basic questions:
**Were you ever part of the Old Covenant that Moses mediated?
**Were you born subject to and obligated to keep the Mosaic law?
**Did Christ redeem you from the curse of the law that Paul is referring to in Galatians 3?
If the first answer is "no" (and it is) then they are all "no" (and they are).

Were you born under the Mosaic law? If not (and you weren't) then it can not be your tudor. Think for yourselves.

How can someone "run to the law" that doesnt exist?
Paul is talking to old Covenant Israelites living out in pagan nations (ethnos = gentiles) and you are applying it to true pagans that were never under the law or its curse.
    Think about it.
You are telling people that you know were never under the law that it plays a roll in their lives...erroneous!
