I enjoy seeing the old episodes again and get reminded how much the world has changed and how it still is the same. it’s also teaching me a lot of lessons and I can relate to these topics now/again.
what Loni said is absolutely true. This show introduced me to Jeannie, and knowing her story and how she struggled with her family and her mother and seeing her as the successful woman she is today is amazing. I love her for being honest and soooo relatable

I’ve honestly never participated in Kwanzaa but I do remember being interested after watching The Proud Family & they had a student swap episode where the students were given the project to be away from their own families for like a week and be swapped to each other and learn about each other’s holidays around this time of year... and Penny either had Chanukah or Kwanzaa...and it was nice to see representation !

But whenever I watch this show I always feel like I gained some positive thoughts on me. Thank you guys. You guys are the best.
Honestly forget the kiss... me and my family every year come together to drink , eat , dance , talk about life , love and what we brought to each other’s life within the past year and how we’ll continue to do so... it’s just a special occasion to celebrate with those closest to you !

Exercise has actually been shown to be an effective remedy for depression, for example. So don't wait to work on your body until you achieve some potentially impossible mental goal. Sometimes, the two are linked.
I love seeing people achieving and reflecting on their resolution, because it make me inspired and wanna try hard to achieve mine. Im'a be real. I didn't achieve my resolution, but the next year I want to give it my all. Hope u guys do too 😘🥰

Not a fan of Tamera's eye makeup. Too heavy and narrow on the smoky eye. I think her makeup artist should have went more for a cat eye smoky eye. Draw the smoke out a little to the sides of her eyes or rely on dramatic false lashes to add the smoky eyes, rather than going heavy on the eyelids. That look is a bit dated. That look doesnt go well with the shape of her eyes.
