Arthur is literally made 100% from items you can use in character customization, so there's no need to make a skin for him.

I was very happy that they returned old and charismatic characters especially Zasalamel I just want him to come back Yun-Seong I miss playing a lot with him is my favorite, the selection music is very beautiful and conveys that feeling of beauty, hope and happiness

I hear Rumors that Hwang might be the one to return, though Yun-Seong isn't a deal breaker either. Whoever Project Soul Chooses will be good, we just have yet to see what real changes there will be.
