Dear , you have done at wrong in the Hip flexion section .goniometer stationary arm is placed in reference to the the midline of the body not in lateral thigh (the whole goniometer has placed in a lateral side obviously) but the stationery arm is to be placed with the midline of the body and the moveable arm moves when the knees flexed to bring near to chest ( hip flexion)

You measured knee extension in a wrong way .. that is for knee flexion
