Just bought one in XL is what I wear, kinda sick of the faded denim would prefer Dark Wash Rinse style 72334 denim jacket and not wash it to retain the color
There's bad / poor quality control with the new Levis brand Denim Trucker jacket , I bought 2 new Levis denim trucker jackets recently from ebay sellers both had to be returned one is having difficult issue with request, simply put the jackets does not fit well , I think Levis is not making incorrect size fit jackets now and there are many customer review complaints about this issue I've wanted a Levis jacket for years now I can finally afford them and they do not fit accordingly to my size so instead of getting a sz XL I I need to order a sz XXL one size up for the Levis brand jacket fit, So that is a big disappointment with the Levis brand

@@MensFashionFiles ebay one of the sellers were extremely displeased that I was returning it, I was gonna buy a third Levis Sherpa Jean Jacket glad that was cancelled before shipment, surprisingly Gap denim jean jacket seem to be more consistent in size than Levis also Wrangler trucker denim jacket in sz XL are true to size and more affordable, its best to try it in the stores first to make sure correct sizes before purchasing online, great channel btw keep it up !
@@davidallen346 yea eBay is a little difficult to return items since it's a person selling it to you rather than a big corporation like Amazon. Gap Denim is pretty good. The blue denim jacket I'm wearing @5:23 is actually from GAP. However, one thing I don't like about is the fit. It's a little wide in my arms.

I love Levi’s, I’ve been wearing Levi’s since the 80s… But then their quality went down so I banded them for almost 20 years until recently when I could find my size and correct fit… Like the 511‘s. And although Levi’s pretty much invented the denim trucker jacket… There are other brands like G star, LuckyBrand, Ralph, Lauren, denim and supply,Lee Rider, Wrangler, Diesel etc that have great options..and because they have a modern slimmer fit and other cuts.. but still pay homage to the vintage classics..are also great options.. but whatever fits the best, that looks and feels like quality denim is important.. no matter what brand..

I like 100% cotton denim Vs stretch fabric on my Levi's denim jackets.
Although, stretch fabric can be great if you're in between sizes and need a little more room without completely sizing up.

@@MensFashionFiles You typically find the Levi's denim jackets with stretch fabric at retail stores like Kholes and Macy's etc. While the website sells them 100% cotton. But for sure man.

Your jacket looks very beautiful, it looks amazing and in a very good way you have done an explanation with the jacket.
You can pick up trucker jackets in the fall around August/September at Ross. They usually have them for 50%-60% off whatever the original retail price was. Sometimes they have weird versions you'll never find anywhere else. I've seen some Levis trucker jackets there that are really strange and say, "I can see how this ended up here. Why would anyone buy this?! LOL".
I'm surprised anyone can sell a denim jacket called a "Levis" since it's obviously too close to Levi's.

Wish Levis would make the Type 1 and Type 2 more readily available. I'm sure Type 3 is most popular because of the pockets, but it would be nice to have options when going to a store in-person.

551 you should go true to size so 34. For 513 and 511, I recommend going up one size so 36.

I picked up a Levi's Denim Jacket for Christmas with jeans I ended up returning it, and going with Nudie Jeans jacket picked up 2 pairs it's a little more then the Levi's. Got it in a stone wash color and the 2nd in black coat denim.

When buying Levis jacket online: why some Small sizes are 19" other 20" and other even 22.5"?
How can I know which to use as I think I Should use size Small (1.70 and 65 Kgs and 35 Chest) but the XS also seems to work for me as some jacket measures 18.75 Chest.. please help.
Buy both, try them on and return the other - that's what I did

different models have the R tab instead. its pretty random but its still real levi's

I'm pretty confident that you'll be happy with an XS. It's made for people with 32-34 chest. Levi's denim jackets are always designed to have somewhat of a cropped fit so you don't ever have to worry about it being too long 🙂

Hey man, love the videos! I actually need some help with sizing with my jacket. I’m around 5’3” (yes Ik I’m short) and my initial sizing shows to be an XS and fits alright but I was hoping to layer it with a hoodie so I was maybe thinking about getting it switched for a small but I’ve heard that since it stretches wearing it over time, it might give enough space. I’d really appreciate your help, thanks!
Hey Sam, what is your chest size? Are you looking at pre washed or raw denim? If the jacket is raw denim then I would recommend sizing down because it will stretch over time but if you're looking at prewashed jackets (like the one shown in this video), you shouldn't expect it to stretch much or at all.

@@thetechman2970 I would go with the XS. I have a 37" chest and a size S fit my chest pretty well. I think a S would be too big on you even if you wanted to layer.

What is the difference between this jacket and dark horse trucker jacket
I am 5’5 and my chest is size 38. My arm are kind of big and my shoulder and back are wide. What size should I buy???
I would go with a size medium. Trucker jackets are slightly cropped so length should be fine on you.
I want a more crop fit. I usually wear XL in most clothes should i go a size down or two?
I would recommend TTS. The jacket fits a bit slim already so it might be too tight if you go down a size

What's the difference between type3 #72334-0134 and the #72334-0178? And why can't I find a new -0178 new? I just ordered a #72334-0557 with the real leather patch and the big (E) I currently own a #72334-0322 which is 98%cotton and 2% elastane and a 0134 100%cotton no stretch.
Looking at pictures -0134 and -0178 looks exactly the same so I can't say. I'm guessing you can't get a new one because they don't make -0178 anymore. The -0134 is probably the updated version of the -0178. Great collection you have there, definitely a big plus to get that big E 👌
Levi's constantly adds new models that may look slightly similar but when they sell out, they're typically replaced with an all new model number.
It makes them somewhat collectible too.
You may still be able to find it new on eBay.

Just picked up a 2nd one of these. Got a black one from Ross for $40 back in 2019. Then just got a blue one in excellent condition from Buffalo Exchange for $32 using store credit. I'll only buy the 100% cotton denim jackets. Not a fan of the stretch denim. All the original Levis jeans jackets I've had from the 1960's-1980's have all been 100% cotton. I know they make a Type 2 that costs $198 with 98% cotton, 2% spandex.

this fits a little slim so I would go for XL
they make like 8 different versions of the trucker and they all fit totally different, not to mention different colors of the exact same model also fit different. sizing is all over the place with this stuff.

They are the stretch 511 and I don't fit very well with skinny fit so I have to pass on your offer lol 🙂

How far up should your sleeves go up your wrist when you lift them?
I prefer sleeves to fall at my wrist when unlifted which I think that's what matters the most. I know Levi's make their sleeves longer to account for lifting your arms.
@@MensFashionFiles I order a size medium trucker jacket but felt that my trucker jacket rode up high on my waist and sleeves at the slightest movement stretching, bending over, and siting. These are some factors people don't take to account. I had to exchange it for a large.
