tivo bolt vox blinking lights

- tivo worked fine last night.. returned home today, tivo logo shows briefly then all lights blink different colors
tried hard reboots of tivo and tuning adapter.. spectrum/brighthouse
looked it up.. saw talk of bad power adapter and bad hard drive

That's what I'm experiencing too! Did you ever find a way to fix it?
we had a warranty replacement.. seems something goes bad inside. too bad, also, because I think the Bolt is better than the Edge... though Edge is somewhat more responsive in apps.. in any case we went from 3GB to 2GB. They also tried to charge us for the replacement when we had the extended warranty... really had to keep on them to get a supervisor involved. It was like a Seinfeld episode... you now how to sell a free replacement warranty.. you just don't know how to honor it. If they are going to charge you because you do not have the warranty.. and are committed with lifetime service and several tivo minis. like we were.. consider contacting weakknees dot com to see if they can fix it for less...
I found online that it is either a HHDD failure or a power supply failure. If the HHDD, then it can be swapped for a new one. If a power board failure, bought luck
