Hi Ross, Have heard you talk about Client persona(terminology may be different but basically what our client looks like, and their needs and wants) for our video production business. I tried to find if you have video regarding this but couldn't find it. can you maybe make a video guiding us on how can we make this persona like a template example?
Hey mate! Yes, we call it an ICP, ideal customer persona (same same). I don't think I have one on this but I'm happy to do one! Leave it with me and it'll be out in a few weeks or so 😊
Really helpful tips here! I did notice though on mistake no.2 you didn't provide a solution.I Am one of those people who currently invoice when the project is finished and it is starting to cost me! What is the solution to this? I take 50% deposit upfront and usually the remaining after the project is done but find people will delay paying me or sometimes ghost me. What are other options?
