Another things that helps with panic attacks is counting numbers out of order. For example: If you start panicking count 9, 3, 12, 20. This helps because your brain can only focus on one task at a time.
also!!! i do this to help me when i have them. similar ish, you point out in your head or out loud 5 things you can see, 4 things you can touch, 3 things things you can hear, 2 things you can smell, and 1 thing you can taste. the last two can be harder sometimes so i make up stuff but it’s brings you back to reality.

you should do a whole video on tips for anxiety also maybe you could research and do a video about tips for these situations like what to do when being followed and stuff
The hugging when having anxiety helps by supressing the sympathetic nervous system also releasing oxytocin eventually helping the person to calm down....
I like my closing shifts at my work because they're generally really chill but they can be creepy, especially since at my work, I'm alone for the last 2 hours of the day usually 🙃 and then I get to bike all the way across the city to go home while it is dark 😅

oh my goodness...... Im 16 and I live around an hour away from Daytona and whenever I go to a grocery store around 8-9 to grab some water bottles or something there's always creepy guys who follow me around but it only happens when I'm alone. I thought it was just the area I lived in or the time but now im convinced there's something going on, a guy I know at the grocery store always walks me out because this has happened several times.

I close my store half of the work week and I’m very thankful to always close with at least one guy and we always all wait together for any rides to show up before we leave. I’m sad that the girls coworker didn’t offer to drive her home.

Hey! that "Cold thing on the face" thing is actually called the divers response and is actually suuuuuper helpful for people with anxiety and panic attacks. At least it really helped me. Wish I had known about the hug thing back when I was having really bad panic attacks lol

For me the best thing when I have a panic attack is to hug me from the front because I know it’s coming. If you hug me from behind I will have not only a panic attack but also a mental breakdown

I'm always afraid of getting called creepy because I have an accidental staring tendency. I dissociate and space out a lot and my eyes will wander or unknowingly focus on someone's face. I try not to do it but it just happens from time to time, it sucks. I feel so bad about it because random strangers always ask me if I need anything because I've been accidentally staring them down.

Those tips you were talking about for panic attacks is what my therapist calls grounding. Basically alot of the time while you are having a panic attack your brain is in fight or flight(this isnt the case for everyone) and most times its unsure of which to go to so you stay in that weird limbo state between (aka a panic attack again not everyones are the same) and if you can do something to "ground" yourself like a really tight hug or sudden cold or something soft or any type of shock to one of your senses then ypu may be able to pull out of it. Again im gonna say it doesn't work for everyone you have to figure out what works for you

Another tip cause as a person who has anxiety i feel it's important for me to share this:
if you're feeling really anxious or on the verge of an anxiety attack, touch three different body parts, say three things you see, and say three things you hear.
it'll snap you back into reality and calm you down. It's helps you get outta your own head ya know. Hope this helped someone.

What if...on the last story...the entity was protecting you? Hear me out..she said she heard something in the bushes or something like that. What if there was a real predator out there and this entity came to scare you in the way that you would start running so the real predetor won't get you. I used to work at a Casey’s Gas Station down the street from our trailer. My bf would always have the car since he had to drive farther, so I would always walk home from work since the Casey’s I worked at was open 24/7. To get home I had to walk past a super sketchy trailer park, down an unlit road, until I got to my own trailer. One night a group of guys who were obviously drunk or high (that place was a known crack location) whistled and catcalled me while I was walking home. Nothing too crazy but I started carrying a hammer in my purse just in case, for protection.
