He took a raw, form of the serum. Cap took serum that wasnt that raw, and has already been refined and tested a bit. Sentry basically snuck into a lab and drank raw, unstable serum.
Seems to me like Taskmaster is killed early in the movie, she doesn't appear to be in scenes with the the reast of the cast that seem to be later in the film. She's not in the group elevator scene, and the big group shot where they meet Valentina she seems like she's CGI'd in to make it seem like she's in that scene when she isn't.
Or maybe she is in those scenes, and removed. We had had trailers like this (Infinity War with Hulk instead of Banner in the Hulkbuster, edited Captain America, can't remember if he was beardless or something else). Or she betray them at some point, kinda like Bucky who seems to be shooting their car. Hard to tell

I love that Marvel is mostly likely seeing the feedback that all of us fans and the general public are getting burned out by the Multiverse and they are going back to a more street level / spy espionage action of the old days of the MCU of Captain America The Winter Soldier which I am all the way in for 🙌🤘🔥
