Hello this is Sony service this is how you do it you disassemble the back legs using the additional key or just a paper clip and then you should see the removable Wi-Fi card if there is no Wi-Fi coordinate put in a Wi-Fi card and then after that you have to go to the Internet and download the Sony controller Software and then you can reset
Exactly what I thought! Mine sounds different than that, I think from newer software; but it sure did sound like that when I was a youngster!! I remember those older days of Android's UI 😄
