    Circling back around to our core for day six.
    Every single one of these 21 days is 'just 5 minutes'.
    So today is no different.
    We do 5 exercises for 60 seconds each.
    1️⃣ Cross link single leg lowers
    2️⃣ Single leg bridges
    3️⃣ Bear knee taps
    4️⃣ Upper locusts
    5️⃣ Flutter kicks
    Just by spending a little bit of time OFF the horse, we can begin to create some consistency over time.
