Hola ! tengo pensado viajar en Febrero a Yellowknife y me serviría mucho que me compartieran los datos del tour de las auroras y sus comentarios Gracias. Hermoso video.=)
The dogsled may look like fun but it’s important to be mindful of the fact that many of those dogs are not treated well there have been documentaries on that.
Wonderful video Yellowknife looks to be a very Interesting city but being from Australia I don't know If I could cope with such cold temperatures, Here In outback Australia we are lucky if our temperature drops below 12 degrees In winter, Here In Australia we have the Aurora Australis (Southern Lights) they are mainly seen In two states Tasmania & Victoria, you tend to get the better displays In Tasmania & southern Victoria, I'm located In NW Victoria 100kms from the town called Mildura I've just taken up photography & have been on 3 aurora chases since September last year with a friend & she has got Aurora on every chase. The Auroras In our area are mainly red, pink & purple & are absolutely amazing & that's one of my missions to take my own photo of the Aurora. For anyone wanting to chase the Glendale app is very good real time Aurora Information as It happens.
Zahid, we went in March of this year. Lots of snow activities in Yellowknife at that time. The aurora began each night early once it got dark so we didn't have to wait all night. We had been in Iceland to see them the previous month but had no luck. The lights at Yellowknife were bright and varied each night. Thanks, Rick
:( I've decided to go Yellowknife on 17th December, which mean I can't drive it on the ice road. That's so sad. If I had watched this video, I would've booked the ticket on January. 🤣
You will enjoy Yellowknife anyway. Its one of those places that you can go back to and enjoy the different seasons. Hope you see plenty of auroras. Rick
Thank you Jessica. My wife and I think Yellowknife is one of the most enjoyable travels we'v experienced. And plan to go back, maybe in the summer. We have other documentaries on youtube: camel caravan into the White Desert of Egypt, Ecuador Gate 1 January 2019, Entebeni game reserve in South Africa, etc. Thanks for your enthusiastic comment. Rick and Barbara
(Not the poster) I’m 13 and I haven’t been to all places but one that’s pretty good is the copper house, when I went there they had all kinds of pizzas and other items, like if you ever went to Boston pizza, those items but way better. I can’t really think of anything else but that, there’s also a fat burger and a Mary browns if you had t tried those. Fat burger is a burger fast food chain with other items, and Mary browns takes a old take to food if that’s how I can put it?
Hi Dimitri, lucky we were in a very good brewery so I could drown my sorrows. They pooped out early this year in March Madness too! Thanks for watching our video. Rick, an old Aztec
we were there in early March. I can't remember the company name but they go to Pontoon Lake to see the aurora. So make sure they do that. Some companies cater to Asian visitors. So there is a selection.
Thank you so much for sharing this wonderful video!
Dang, those birds are cute.
Great video, Thank you
Great video! So glad you got to see the Aurora Borealis!

May I ask what good dining experiences you've had? I'm a foodie :) doesnt need to be fancy..

Did you need a special camera to take those images of the lights? Or does your everyday smartphone work?
I wish to immigrate to Canada and work there
“Watched the Aztecs get waxed” 😂

the girl running the dogs was my cousin
That was great fun! Love Yellowknife. The people were so very nice to us. Rick
how fast did the dogsled go?
Too fast for comfort over the bumps altho we enjoyed it immensely. Those dogs can really run.
Thanks a lot for your reply :)
Thats My wife😁😁😁😁😁😁
Hello, what tour did you take to see the aurora? Or what company
And what month were you in Yellowknife? Thanks

Now Sockhead knows what aurora borealis means!
But can he pronounce it? If not, northern lights will do. Thanks Sockhead, your grandfather
in the future, I want to have a job in Yellowknife, I wish I can get it after graduate from University
yoga ayom I don’t think you’ll want a job there
@@cringetv2153 why not?
yoga ayom its cold and they probably have repetitive jobs. It just depends on what job you want. Im not going to judge anymore
The majority of job up there are royal Canadian mounted police not much other jobs up in the territories of Canada
