Anyone doing this first time on their unopened phone makes sure to take into account an additional 2 aspects: the first is that 2 of the screws under the back have a white paper cover on them so make sure to remove the hidden screws or you may damage the 2 boards. The back case itself is also harder to remove compared to the video as there is adhesive foam in the bottom middle of the case, not just the edges. I broke the back casing by mistake but it's cheap to replace. Very helpful video nonetheless, thank you.

Great shout on the adhesive foam on the bottom middle. Without your advice I would have definitely cracked the back screen . Cheers brother/sister.👍
For those who is new to this kind of things, There is a glue in the middle of the back cover too. So keep that in mind and try to remove the glue safely using a blade or something. But please be CAREFUL! Because there is a chance to scratch the back cover's coating and it might scratch the paint of the back glass cover. Also it might scratch the battery too. So be careful with that. Only hard thing is the removing the back glass cover. Other steps are not that much hard. Good luck!. Thanks for the video. Very helpful! ❤
You can use hot air gun / hot air blower to soften the adhesive.

1. What screw driver you using ?
2. What tool are you using to removes the adhesive?
3. My battery chargers fully but once I take the charger off within a minute or so it truns off.....Is that a Battery issue or charging port issue? Thank you in advance.
I have Oneplus 7 with quick charge not working and battery gets drain too quick. how do i resolve it? changing the charge port will fix the quick charge? or need to replace the battery as well for quick charge ability?
Most likely the issue with the charge port, but your challenge will be finding an original charging port cable. You can try this option first

It depends on the part. Original part it will, aftermarket maybe half of the speed.
