Hello CSJA and Kate Wolf, Thank you so much for sharing these tips on wax carving. I am in Australia Brisbane and i have found a marker called UNI-POSCA and it is a paint type of marker and they come in a whole range of colors and tip sizes. It is made by the Mitsubishi Pencil company in Japan and it will not wipe or smear off during any process you can put it through. I use the Yellow on the Purple wax and it really stands out especially when you scribe and the paint has no hesitation of filling the designs that you have scribed and the razor blade process that you showed. I find when followind the lines scribed with a paler opaque color it is very sesy to see and less eyestrain. Hope this has some value to you. Cheers.
Awesome video, I wonder how long or even the idea process she went through to get such a technique down truly informative. I bought a silver hawk necklace and it's small and am currently looking for ways to use use the small piece of jewelry to make a bigger mold to Cast the size I would want. And then I stumbled on the very knowledgeable piece of media right here thank-you
You taught me how to make wax tools with bicycle spokes. I still have and use them. I was also there when you were just getting your tools made for sale. Good times.
