Namaskaram 🙏 I am fortunate that I came across this video. I was having alot of doubts regarding the practices offered by Isha Foundation, among them one was Hatha Yoga Teacher Training Program. I was so confused and blank that how should I go about it or is this Program for me or not and so on. Then I messaged Gagandeep Anna and he is so kind and generous that he called me up talked to me and guided me and showed me the direction. He listened to me shared his experience and came up with the idea and this helped me alot.

Found this video to be extremely enriching . Gagandeep anna really gets candid about his experience with the Isha Yoga programs and his journey is just very inspiring. It goes to show how sometimes grace can just work it’s wonders through you and pull you from any corner of the world. What I liked most is his humble and simple way of explaining. I really want to do the teacher training. I have a family so I am not sure how I will be able to be away for 21 weeks. I will keep doing programs and see if I can get clarity on how I can make this happen while honoring my family at the same time.

Namaskaram anna, We were about 160 in the first batch in 2018 . I would say around 50-60 were there. Some had finished their studies and came for the enhancement of life. N some even came after 12th. N they were keep adding in further batches like in 19 n 20 batch. 🙏 Hope it cleared your question.
Namaskaram, Sadhguru has designed this program which covers all our questions. Yes there is a silence period as in the part of program but that may vary every year. Unless you request them and want to go on silence own your own. 🙏
Namaskaram, yes anna other than sadhnapada program itself all other foundation practices are charged. But you get the entry on priority basis for these programs as one is already in the ashram.
