Thank you for such good videos, very helpful. I just bought 3 huge containers of Wildrbine raw sauerkraut at Costco. I usually make my own, but pressed for time lately. Also, I use Redmond Real Salt, mined from ancient salt beds in Utah. Most of the sea salt tested have plastic in them.
I love those St. Claire’s mints! My favorite are the ginger ones. I use them when I’m struggling with nausea (like during a migraine.) They totally calm a tummy down.

I am trying Thrive Market, but I'm not super impressed... they mostly have packaged stuff and I think Azure has better quality and prices for the bulk foods. I'll do a baby update soon, thanks!
