Volkswagen does not build vehicles in Canada... so we then ship these Canadian funded batteries to Tennessee and other parts of the world? Canada is ultimately subsidizing battery production for the benefit of the American market/people and possibly other countries/markets? Is my thinking correct?

Plus ALL Chinese vehicles are mandated to have tracking devices in them. China has been found guilty of dumping large amounts of aluminum in Canada, undercutting us.
