- I've been waiting a very long time for this day to come! It's finally time to pick up the C8 chassis from Hector at Autobody Plus 1 after he finished painting it. What an absolute masterpiece! The attention to detail is unreal!
After that, it went straight to Xtreme Kustom Details to be ceramic coated.
Now that we have it back at Drift Cave and the Formula Drift Corvette is staying on the east coast, we can really focus on the assembly of the C8! Once everything is placed or mocked up, all of our Vibrant Performance plumbing pieces can be ordered to ensure we get everything right the first time.
Big thanks to everyone for following along as my team and I transform this flood damaged C8 Corvette into a full Formula Drift spec drift car!

When sanding plates like that put it on a piece of old carpet and then you don't have to hold it
The real question is if hector is running 3 honda civics with spoon engines 🤔
What did they charge you to ceramic coat the whole chassis????
Does anyone even know yet if this will make a good drift car with the weight bias? A lot of work for an unproven chassis.
Change the silicone hoses on the fuel filler neck! Silicone isn't fuel resistant. HUGE FIRE HAZARD. If you don't believe a random UA-cam comment contact your vibrant rep🙏🏽
