I don’t think gta 6 is gonna be the finale but they definitely gonna do different projects before they release another gta like another bully, max payne, L.A Noire, potentially another rdr, hell even man hunt, or create a completely different game from their other series.
If they do a max payne it will have to be either a reboot or a new character lead series in the same universe, there is no way they can bring Max back after his story finished in 3
