The plane can be found in a few different towns and villages. I found one in a little village at the bottom of a cliff with some docks to get it from. I think it is random if that plane spawns in different docks

you can get the plane in the garage there
just fly very slowly with the nose of the plane into the building and it wont explode
but be carefull it isnt ez

Just use a helicopter, even the ebus egale can lift it, but i got it from a villiage with a garage just up the cliff
