Most people just log on to youtube to get info on the stocks to pick, without basic understanding of portfolio selection and risk tolerance. Also get the best from a financial advisor and work on your investment tolerance and with time you'd a pro-trader.
Most financial advisors operate with model portfolios, which they adapt to suit individual clients' need and preferences. I make use of one for my best stock pick, been in the market for 4 weeks now.

My only question is. How can a business doing 88B in revenue be valued at 1tril ? Either square will do much more than 88B or it won't be valued at 1tril (refering to the expectations from bloomberg)
I had researched Square like a year ago because I am delivering ecommerce solutions (primarily with Shopify). Square definitely has a lot of potential, just not in my specific local market. And the new markets they are moving into basically just needs one of them to succeed to make the company at least double or triple in value...
Square can't be taken serious until they're recognized as an official bank. cards are distributed by sutton, and depending on the transaction, you may be rejected due to alot of merchants and processors won't accept cash app's "pre-paid" card. Though you certainly get a routing and checking number, so its unlike a Green Dot/Vanilla card, they have to overcome this hurdle first
Top line revenue is improving. They are carrying a fair amount of debt but an improving cash position. Short interest is over 7% which is a little concerning and the P/E ratio is 470! Industry average is 60. Multiply that by 1yr forward earnings fairly values the stock at around $70. The PEG multiple is decent at 11. I would buy the pull backs maybe but the stock is over valued here in my opinion. I think if you are a Kevin Contrarian you will do well.

question: every time you upload a video in which you buy a stock for lets say around 150k, are you using money you take from selling other stock? or are you using cash that you had laying around (like from rent income and so on)
My guess is Cash he’s getting from UA-cam. Rent income maybe a solid portion but UA-cam definitely plays a big portion

People watching this has to realize that Kevin makes more than 1000.000$/year from his videos. The best investment he ever made was making this channel. So take everything with a huge grain of salt, he needs to keep companies interested in paying him for pushing their platforms for buying stock on.

I've talked to some small business owners and most feel that SQ is too pricey compared to other solutions. I'm still a share holder though and use their debit card weekly. Pro tip: you can save 10% buying $75 gift cards for Amazon, eBay, Apple, etc. Way better than most credit card offers.

Forget looking at their website traffic. Install the NoScript or uMatrix plugin in your browser. Browser around the Internet, especially the shopping sites. The Ray Kroc approach for McDonalds....If you're going to sell Egg McMuffins & chicken sandos, own or commandeer the largest conglomerate of Chicken producers in the world. If you're going to have stores, buy up as much real estate in the world for the future stores/production/storage warehouses. Tesla's following this pattern.

In 2020 they got great exploration results from their drillsites. This year they'll start digging.
Any more good gold stocks?
What about that pos stock SFT that was being pumped here couple weeks ago?
I like SQ. I bought some myself. SQ and SHOP are similar IMO. I feel like SQ is better leveraged for both brick and mortar and online. SQ is a good long-term buy. SQ is also from what I understand moving into banking and making loans to their customers. Whoever runs SQ seems to have this plan to be an all in one business solutions provider whether payments, web site building, or financing. I'm surprised Jeremy from Financial Education didn't go in big on SQ. It seems like his type of company.

They increased the fees earlier this year
They are also starting to hit big businesses, they have been going into big business about 2 years ago.

Though you certainly get a routing and checking number, so its unlike a Green Dot/Vanilla card, they have to overcome this hurdle first
Gotta have a lot of balls to be buying at this price when 8 months ago it was trading at $30 a pop.

People said the same thing with Tesla ;)
Top line revenue is improving. They are carrying a fair amount of debt but an improving cash position. Short interest is over 7% which is a little concerning and the P/E ratio is 470! Industry average is 60. Multiply that by 1yr forward earnings fairly values the stock at around $70. The PEG multiple is decent at 11. I would buy the pull backs maybe but the stock is over valued here in my opinion. I think if you are a Kevin Contrarian you will do well.
