    Holy shit, I am JUST NOW finding out that you are the same guy that also makes the Instant Energizer 15-minute tone that I accompany this with every morning!
    I could cry at how wonderful people like you are. You do a service I hope to also replicate for Linux users, as there are seemingly no apps for Isochronic tones on that OS (which brought me to UA-cam). I'm starting my journey with coding, so I hope within a year to have a decent app so that I can introduce the world to this wonderful human phenomenon.

    So, I’ve been using this one straight, for at least a month. I monitor my sleep and I’ve always had an issue with getting enough deep sleep. I got lots of “light” and “REM” cycles but not enough “deep” cycles. So upon waking, my mind would feel refreshed but my body wouldn’t. Using this, I now get at least 3-5 good bands of deep, physically restoring sleep every night and I am so thankful!😊

    Back again to enjoy lovely sounds of frequencies once more!!-also , thank you for using isochronic frequencies as well as binaural!!! Uhh!! I love having both options represented ! Not enough people do so !!! I am very excited to see more that you have shared here and look forward to enjoying what you have taken time to share !! I know I make an earlier comment and now this one haha , I hope that is ok ! , I just wanted to again express thanks for the very nice sounds. For me it is so much better to just have the frequencies alone , without any music. If I were to add music, I’d only implement more so , effects, that would just compliment the existing sounds in a continuous , trying to think of the words to call it , but idk, like supporting consistent tones but more like sounds of air or wind whirring and rumbling at low / contrabass/ even some light mid Range effects , even very very faint use of higher pitch sounds but all in this sort of idk haha , just sort of fluid element that just didn’t have any startling sounds or only repetitious few chords so many choose to put into their vids, where let’s be real most ppl don’t even use frequencies they claim to , they just want to plaster whatever attempt at meditation themed music and they call it whatever but they do not include these actual frequencies and i will rather enjoy these any day !! They are all that is needed and any effects added of course can be really cool. Especially with binaural equipment, playing with sound and directing it to wmd from various angles around the virtual headspace, which I would love for you to make video in such way !!! Omg! Ppl may use binaural equipment and utilize whatever noise or do whatever motion but they do not think in terms of the brains ability to become entrained to thinking that any vibrations felt , sounds present can with eyes closed , in right setting entrain the brain to feel as if those are actually occurring physically which can produce very awesome vibrant heightened sense of awareness and stimulation that allow for very very amazing feeling while listening Omg. I still wait
    For someone to do such video , just playing with yes , having use of frequencies like this of course , but playing also with various effects, vibrations, sounds or just movement around virtual headspace of the listener, as if walking around them physically, where yes there are some who use binaural equipment that do sound assortments or various Things like virtual facial or head massage or touching the ears , virtually of said listener lol or using whatever tool to make sounds like brushing sweeping type movements or acting as though they’re doing all kind of things, that to the listener can all be heard ans sensed and almost felt as if real but none of them ever really pay attention to directing any sounds or talking or whatever noises or things done in a way where they’re paying attention to exactly where sound is coming from and where they want to direct it to ., they just say if they’re ever talking light to the person during such exercise, where they’d appear as if moving from front or side to various places around them , they just only ever will sound like they lean side to side , meanwhile any sounds they make just travel off right to the side of the persons ears , who is listening and it’s never concentrated on directing any of that sound into the ear if that makes sense ... anyway so much becomes lost when they don’t pay any attention to how they’re delivering any sounds or vibrations or movements they wish to translate into s virtual experience that when done right can feel as if the listener really is sitting in room with person actually physically moving around them and any noises that they’d make would be heightened and sound as of they were physically present in real life, where sensations of vibrations or touch that are made come off as though they’re felt
    In such very heightened, sensation that Creates this euphoric feeling making every area sensitive around the virtual headspace and even down the cervical and beginning of thoracic spine of the person hearing it, with headphones. ( of course). I know many ppl have made those type vids but they all fall short as ppl just intentionally try ans fixate on sounding whichever way at whatever soft volume bla Bla bla , but they all imo lose any appeal when they are trying to virtually enhance an experience that can feel very real and very nice and bubbly and euphoric , in a sense , as the mind is heightened to every sound both primary and secondary , setting off a chain reaction of feel good chemicals released , endogenously as well as the entrainment the brain feels, when relaxes and allowing for such sounds and vibrations.. to add something like that with also use of these type frequencies that Can allow the body to stimulate or work on the various brain wave frequencies associated that produce whichever results when vibrating at the right frequency, that would be so amazing to experience and enjoy and feel occurring with so many sensory elements occurring, along with use of frequencies and just stimulation of the primary and secondary potential triggers going on , uhh that would be so nice. If you know what I am talking about , I hope so haha with there being many vids of that nature available, just no one has implemented use of these lovely frequencies with any of that and even those who’ve played around with the binaural effects/ equipment, they all fail to just pay attention where they direct sound from and to and what Angles to direct it at and at what intensities or whatever and idk you’d ever venture into using these alongside working a bit with some binaural equipment and effects in such a way but it would be very very lovely on so many levels

    I love this video, and I think I did sleep better, but it is still way too quiet. I had to put the phone between my ear and the pillow. The phone got hot and woke me up. It just needs a much louder volume so I don't have to lay my head right on the phone.

    • @MindAmend
      @MindAmend  4 роки тому +2

      The volume level is a difficult thing to balance because on some speakers the volume is really way too loud on maximum volume. I can imagine some people playing the video and clicking back straight away because it sounds too loud and invasive. Unfortunately, the bass sound on a lot of mobile devices is very weak without plugging in some speakers or earphones. It might be hard to imagine given how it is hard to hear on your phone, but I tested the video again using my PC speakers on maximum volume for about 2 seconds. My teenage son just ran out of his room thinking the floor was going to explode. I also tested it on my iPad. Although much quieter than my PC speakers, it was still too loud to sleep to on maximum volume. So it does greatly depend on what speakers you are listening on.

    • @traciej.6301
      @traciej.6301 4 роки тому +1

      ideal volume is just audible, not too loud, more is definitely not better when it comes to frequencies. use headphones for binaural beats, but for isochronic u can use good speakers at the volume i mentioned, or monaural beats (harder to find but effective without headphones). if u are playing it at the volume i suggested and it affects anyone adversely, it generally means that that person should continue to listen, especially to frequencies that have been studied extensively (solfeggio 432 or 528, or the Schumann frequency 7.83, etc.) because it is likely that said individual is being affected or generating a low (i.e. unpleasant) vibration which can and will be adjusted to a more natural and enjoyable level if one can ride out the resistance of the lower frequency.
      my humble opinion, anyway. feedback welcome.

      Unfortunately, it may sound a bit too quiet if you are just using a mobile device with small or weak bass speakers. It's actually too loud for me on full volume when using my headphones or pc speakers If you're using a mobile device that doesn't have very strong speakers, I'm afraid you may struggle to hear it without earphones or an external speaker. My guess is that you may be using a mobile with weak bass speakers. I've made another version at maximum volume which may be better for you: ua-cam.com/video/kqOR-SIswww/v-deo.html.

      Some people listen to the tones on their own. However, they are more commonly used in combination with music or nature sounds. So I expect a lot of people will play this while also listening to their own music or another video. So you can get the benefit of the isochronic tones with your preferred soundtrack, instead of a track that I’ve chosen.

    I wish it didn’t go to black screen during. I enjoy the images and Just turn phone brightness down or close top of phone
    Drop down screen or turn phone over it I need to but usually I just don’t care as it doesn’t bother me seeing the screen. At least why didn’t you make it only fade away after an hour or two into it ? What a waste of nice visuals to go along with the sounds.
    I’ve not read the description yet but I hope you listed each frequency used and which portion of the video it is utilized for and which frequencies are intended to represent or stimulate whichever type of response , which brainwaves they’re Aimed at stimulating etc. as so many ppl claim to use various frequencies but they do not disclose genuinely which are being used and Aren’t combining the correct combinations or individual frequencies that actually would be used with full accurate disclosure and clear explanation of which frequencies are being used in every aspect as many ppl just claim to throw in whatever but give no true insight into why and what is being used or how each hertz/ frequencies being used specifically impact various stimulation within the brain to create the endogenous reaction that is supposed to be utilized in order to achieve whichever type response ... it is simple
    Really , with plenty of decent medical basis to back up any evidence of certain frequencies , tones, pitched, vibrations etc are being used and what area they potentially are able to affect neurotransmission and endogenous entrainment , essentially. But without in-depth detail in the case of many sources of content on UA-cam anyway , dell whichever random person etc, it’s often that ppl just plaster whatever ransom noise and label it whatever, claiming how their content has it all to offer for whatever ppl may seek to listen but so often it legit makes it hard to listen to most vids on this site , as so many of them are lacking and are only fixated on getting views, etc. I can’t stand when so many “ channels “ will claim to offer all the frequencies yet wrongly include sounds if they even provide much at all , when their real objective is to plaster their annoying music just to benefit themselves to profit off whatever content , but this I actually enjoy and appreciate Hearing and as a Bonus, it’s already isochronic!! I’ve been wanting to have something of this length and isochronic tones instead of binaural so I was excited at least , to enjoy the sounds without any annoying music or misleading crap. Thank you for that!!! Pls post more soon. Preferably a long vid with only mix of frequencies at the proper hertz for astral projection!! Much appreciated. Ty and id really like to see screen with such cool visuals and not just black screen. Ty

      I made the screen go black early on this because I had a number of requests from people asking for videos like that. However, I also know that many people like yourself prefer the visuals, so I will be making more like that as well.
      I didn't include references to the frequences I've used in the description on this particular one, which I usually do. It's quite a complex track with lots of different frequencies, so it would be quite complicated and potentially confusing to try and describe it all via text. So instead of doing that, I've included an image on the screen at the beginning showing how the session is contructed. You can also view that more clearly on my website here: www.mindamend.com/wp-content/uploads/2015/10/8-hour-sleep-cycle.png.
      Thanks for your suggestion of a video for astral projection. It is difficult to accertain what would be considered the propert hertz for astral projection because there is a lot of conflicting information out there. I would consider anything I made like that to be experimental in nature.

      I’m guessing you are listening on a mobile phone? Mobiles have small speakers that often produce quite weak bass. So sometimes it’s a struggle to hear deeper sounding tones on them. Try this newer version, where I’ve maxed the volume of the tones: ua-cam.com/video/kqOR-SIswww/v-deo.html.
