If you use a griffon radiator, you don’t need to cut the core support. It fits perfect in the opening with 1/4” truck cap mounting foam.

    I love the header recommendation.
I've never seen that before, except with Jeep 4.0 manifolds. Jeep does it to keep the manifold, which is really a header, from cracking due to thermal expansion.
I also laughed when the trucker flipped you off right as you were filming him.

I'm not sure if you did a video on what it costs roughly for a ls swap + parts that would be awesome if you could or would. I fully understand if you don't want to put all your info out there or mods. But I'm just looking for a rough guess. I found a nice chassis with no engine or trans so less work for me.

Yep you can. There’s a A/C box you can get from Hooker that makes a lot of room. And you can get some A/C compressor relocation mounts too. I follow lots of trucks on Instagram that have A/C.

Out of the s10 into my 2005 4wd ext cab long bed silverado dually with a work box and welder rig on the back, i get away with this using a 2 speed power glide . I'm running 25s in the quarter mile and get nearly 22 mpg, well worth the power loss.
