Thank you for such a lovely comment. 1. Mid-March to early April is ideal to see snow at Chhangu Lake and Nathula Pass. 2. The previous rate was Approx. Rs1600 per person per day for food and accommodation. Reserved cab fare will be around Rs4200 per day. So, it would be around Rs12000 per head for a group of 8 people. But rate may change after this lockdown, I am stating the previous rate. 3. Yes, senior citizen can visit there. But please consult your doctor before you go there.

I am planning to visit gangtok and darjeeling on next new year month of january on dated 27th ,2021 with my mom and brother. you have mentioned that helicopter also available to drop to gangtok. can u tell how i can book helicopter from bagdogra airport. our flight is at morning 7:40am from kolkata and we will reach to bagdogra airport at 9am. please tell how to book helicopter for three people and what will the price of three people.
I am not sure whether helicopter service has started or not after COVID. For booking you have to ask after reaching Bagdogra. They only start once they get a particular number of passengers. We can't tell that in advance.

Only Indian citizens have permission to visit Nathula Pass. As this is Indo China border there is high security, if you have Indian citizenship then only you can visit there.

Lachen and Lachung are in North Sikkim distric and Gangtok is located in East Sikkim. Both the places you mentioned are not part of Gangtok and is falls under a separate tour package which was also in our channel.
