I have to say Kim Medcalf is a hidden gem. Offering her the role back was the best decision EE has ever made. She’s super strong as an actress and as a woman. This is the proper Sam!

Epic cat fights like this are the reason why I bloody love EE. Also, I so prefer Sharon and Kat getting on with each other rather than sparring. They have Pat and Peggy potential, the perfect frenemies.
I honestly only watched EE from circa y2k-2006ish, so the storylines with kat and alfie, or sharon and dennis (aka den watts' return), and kim as sam was the time when I tuned in. Seeing this scene is like stepping into a time machine! 🥰
Kim's is the wayyy better Sam. Also the storyline(s) from Sam now would have had to been altered for Daniella, like for instance Sam getting with Zack would have never happened if she was playing her. Or it would have been awful
