All safety valve are not removed with the coin we need tools like screw driver and a spanner

Spanner & coin will do. But spanner is needed as otherwise, the nut will rotate with the valve and won't be fully tight. Coin is a replacement for screw driver

but you just gave idea to remove safety valve . by the way thanks I used that two rupee coin and removed damaged valve and and set new one. its cost me 40 rupee 😁 .thank you . for Idea.

too much temperature due to too much pressure melts the metal and creates a hole. they could have avoided it by either lowering the heat as it cooks or decreaseing the amount of the food/water inside the pot prior to cooking.

That safety valve has a tin or lead metal which melts when temperature becomes high, it melts and creates a hole for the steam to vent out. This is to prevent explosion of cooker caused by blockage of the main venting hole. Since pressure and temperature are dorectly related, high pressure will cause high temperature and hence melt the tin/solder valve
