    Great video, I’m finding myself watching your videos, I’m learning a lot and will be taking my boots in for you to condition. Keep up the great content.

    Could you please make a video reviewing elephant leather and how to authenticate it? Or any other exotic leathers. There seems to be no videos for this whole topic on youtube. Love your videos.

      That may be a tuff one to explain being able to identify between real and fake on some exotic leathers. I will try to see what I can put together

    What would a resole typically cost?

    Wondering what brand of boot that is. I have a pair of Tony Lama Elephant Skin boots...in a dark brown. I love them. They were bought in 1990...so...very old...but still in great shape. Thanks for this video...I now know what to use on them when conditioning. Edit: I just discovered a comment where you state the boots are Lucchese. Nice boots. Not wild about that 'wine' color...but I would still wear them. Really nice boots.

      The were lucchese boots. I have another pair just like them at the shop getting ready to be worked on but in a light color

    I have Smith Quil Ostrich Ariat boots and they squeak so loud every time I step is their anything I am able to do to remove the squeak when I walk

      Most of the time noises are more of a pain to get fixed especially with Ariat the sole needs replaced so it’s better to contact them to have the boot replaced

    Would shark skin boots make good work boots ?

      @CobblersPlus  5 років тому +1

      They would be alright but you would definitely have to keep up with conditioner and cleaning

    What do you recommend to condition luchese ostrich boots?

      If it’s the lighter color I like to go for the delicate or Nappa cream but if it’s a darker color it can handle the Renovateur so I’d go for that

      Saphir Reptan for sure would be my pick.

    Any tips for taking care of pirarucu

    • @CobblersPlus
      @CobblersPlus  5 років тому

      If you want to have the pirarucu to smooth out some as well the repton would be great for that. If you want to just treat it and not have any look change then the delicate cream is better for that.
