  • I'm heading back inland now, up or of the fjord away from Lærdal.
I passed the famous stave church at Borgund and stopped for a mooch around. It was good, a really cool place to finally see for real.
No real point too this video though, just another day on the road.

Bwhahaha , you tell em Jethro. Bloody nutritional purists. If ye gonna eat 'em, it's the whole package at once or none of it!
Other than that, again, killer combination of melancholic music, soothing voice, witty remarks and nice landscape. Thank you sir

Nobody tells you how to eat your cookies or where to go- you're living the dream ! I wish I was cycling with you, stunning nature and really fantastic presenting style, you should be on TV/ films for sure x

Pudding first is a great idea and a favourite thing of mine. Love the scratched signatures/runes in the church.

I are the whole packet while cooking dinner. I was like a man possessed! Only felt minimally sick afterwards

You missed riding Vindhellavegen (google it, see images!). It's a fantastic preserved dirt road right next to Borgund stave church. If you don't want to climb it up, it's worth going an extra loop going down Vindhella and the local road going up again.

You know what? I actually stopped and took a picture of the place where it splits from the road. It is all built up on ancient stone and looks amazing. I didn't realise it was cyclable though and now I'm looking at pictures and regretting it. It looks amazing!
Ah well, I'll just have to go back for another trip! Thank you for the inspiration
