First time sailing after I dislocated my right shoulder a week ago
It was sunny 30°C and no problem that the NW-Wind wasn't that strong and I could play it save

Hi! What is called the trick where you throw the sail at 0:03?

I call it a sailstall but it's cut cause I normally do a Jibe or a Tack at the end so it's than called stalltack or stalljibe
