that's awesome. So, how long does the ballyhoo last when it slaps the water a bit like that? I didn't realize you guys were in my state. Time to bust out the credit card... I was just on the phone with the owner of another big lure manufacturer and he told me about you guys, by name, only to find out that you're right here...
If the bait lasts quite a long time, then I need to get myself some of these, plus, I've seen the daisy chains in Wilmington.

So how is it weedless with the hook expose right out of the ballyhoo

Hi George, that's a great question, thanks for asking. The Bait Skipper provides extra lift to skim over weeds(as well as a flying fish silhouette) and the ballyhoo is actually skipping on its side with the hook alternating between at the surface or out of the water. You could also hide the hook in the bait like traditional weedless ballyhoo rigs if you want. Another lure that will run really weedless is the Delta Wing Flying fish and you can run the hook out the lures back. I hope this helped answer your question. Good Fishing
