Although the Saint Saens doesn’t technically have "movements" the Tutti section after the B flat major resolution is generally considered to be the start of the 3rd movement because of the Tempo1. 6:15 is most definitely not the start of the third movement lmao because that’s literally the recapitulation of the third movement theme so how could it be the start
