They are hardy in zones 8-10 I bought mine off the Fred Myer clearance rack. Have repotted several times; lived out side since I purchased 7 years ago. It is now in a 22gal. Container and the bottom portion of the lemon cypress is the same diameter as my container and is four and a half feet tall. I didn’t realize you could shape them into topairy forms. Going to do that and repot it. Thanks for leaving this video up.
I just got two of these at Trader Joe's in LA. I plan to repot and set one out on my patio. The other, in my house. I'll circulate them every 3 days. Hopefully, this will allow me to have a pretty plant but not kill it!
I got 4 of these, I bought them last Christmas and they were planted outside, NC weather, they have doubled in size since I bought them. and they did well, I am planning to bring them inside..Any suggestions? P.S. one had some brown leafs and I pruned them, did not look nice afterward, but it stopped the Browning.

These plants are absolutely beautiful, I saw some at Wegmans yesterday.....I plan on buying one this weekend 💗
Just get them outside and look after them, there is so many easy ways to make sure it doesn’t dry out fast, it’s not time consuming..
Got one for Christmas but now it's drying out. I'm so Warried don't want it to die. I do water it every time I feel it's dry. Help save my plant.

So, I guess I killed my cypress, it totally dried out! Question answered..
Mine is not so temperamental. Still kicking after a dry spell. They do smell really good!
Unstrangulate? That is what told The bonsai ppl
they are also not shade tolerant enough for indoor uses.
These do NOT belong in Terra Cotta. And they are fine outside in zone 7
