Ingredients:
Paneer
Onions
Tomatoes
Ginger
Garlic
Green chilies (optional)
Cumin seeds
Refined oil
Turmeric powder
Red chili powder
Coriander powder
Chicken masala
Garam masala (optional )
Salt to taste
Lemon juice (optional)
Instructions:
Crumble the paneer with your hands.
Heat oil or ghee in a pan. Add cumin seeds and let them splutter.
Saute chopped onions until translucent.
Add ginger-garlic paste and green chilies (if using) and saute for a minute.
Add chopped tomatoes and cook until softened and mushy.
Add turmeric powder, red chili powder, coriander powder (if using), and garam masala. Saute for another minute.
Add crumbled paneer and mix well. Cook for 2-3 minutes, or until the paneer is heated through.
Stir in kasuri methi and chopped cilantro.
Add lemon juice (optional) and adjust salt to taste.
