A spare is invaluable
My Ford Escape XLT has a full size spare tire! That nowadays is a better luxury! Screw BMW, Mercedes Benz, Audi, etc. I’m sticking with my Fords!
I have 2005 6-series 645Ci and cannot locate spare tire. The Run on flat model perhaps?
E46; I have been driving my 2002 330 cic for 5 yrs and no clue if there is even a mickey mouse spare... no flats yet but how long is that luck gonna run.
Just got a crazy nice 2007 335i E93 - just hydraulic roof mechanisms under the rear lid! All other BMWs I’ve had at least had a place for the spare. I’d not replace with run-flats since they’re expensive and don’t really work - and get a Mickey Mouse kit to put in the trunk. Guess I’m going to have to sacrifice the trunk. Maybe just put it in for long trips or late night trips….

I have a 2019 BMW X1 with run flat tires and I was surprised it also came with a spare. I’m thinking of removing it and use the space however…..it’s my first time with run flats but isn’t it like having a spare?
