I work in Esportíssim, a triathlon store in Barcelona. I have helped to put wetsuits on for about 20 years. And this video is by far the best. Good job, friends of Sailfish.
I'm in the habit of tearing into my wetsuit with my fingernails, no matter how careful I am. Your video was recommended to me by a friend. Today, for the first time, I put it on by pulling from the inside. Fantastic! No problem at all. Thank you!
You put a 10mm thick aluminium plate inside the wetsuit jacket and zip it up. And duct taped shoulder straps works just fine for the aluminium. More clothes on over the top of the wet suit and a oversized backpack with another aluminium plate in it for a shield.
Theoretically, you should always pull them from the inside. Practically, this is easy for the legs but almost impossible for the arms. That's why they are doing it like this, I guess.
Key is here to make sure that the suit is high enough on the legs so you have enough material for the hips. Also the optimal size for you is very important of course.

*Amazing quality and fits like a glove! Cannot wait to use it for some serious waves down in SF*

What is the best method of tying up the suit when no-one is there to help.

Question: Why is it allowed to pull the Armparts from the outside and the Legparts not ?

I tried one on today and I struggled getting the suit past my butt and to my crotch.
