Totally agree on giving the board to Tony and yr whole riff on Tony. I grew up with the Bones Brigade and never wanted to like Tony, I always associated more with Tommy G and Cab. But I've grown to really like and massively respect him. He's good at diplomacy, at being very nice and courteous, but without being fake, and he's incredibly intelligent and generous. He's kind of a superhero.

But the view you take and your approach is incredibly motivational and positive - but not in a lame motivational way. As mentioned, key to it all is at least one or two more massive journeys. You’ll become a superstar.
talk to your doctor about an anti inflammatory steroid for that case of PF. just got over the same thing and it's brutal. the steroid was a last resort after weeks of home remedy. 100% worth it. best of luck, man! - I watched you cross the finish line with my mom after we both followed your trip over the summer. I am happy to have that memory with her. thanks.
Sounds like you have a great plan of action. Don’t stress about pumping out content if you can help it, not having heard from you for a while was all good in my book. If there’s something to be said, say it.. if not, don’t force it.

go do some treatments at physical therapy for ur plantar fasciitis. I work in the field and have a-lot of success in treating the diagnosis. I'm actually on Long Island if u need a recommended place hmu. Keep spreading your message man, wish u the best success.
