I think Frontier just can sell a DLC with 30 birds and aviary pieces (or an acquarium DLC) for 30€ and people would buy it…they would make more money this way than releasing Pz2 too soon
I also agree. They should start spacing DLC more. Then maybe in 3 years discontinue new DLC and release PZ2 in 5 years. I heard someone say they want PZ2 to start with all the DLCs of PZ1 as part of PZ2’s base game and start expanding into aquariums and aviaries.
The lack of rabbits ponies and ducks was surprising to me cause most petting zoos I’ve been to had rabbits ponies and a ducks pond that I could pay to feed
I don’t really think it’s ridiculous I’ve been to almost 20 zoos and never have I seen a rabbit exhibit of any kind. Ducks on the other hand definitely should have been there.
My main issue with a PZ2 coming out soon after PZ1 wraps up is that I don't want to pay again for the same animals and stuff we have now. Also I don't wana have to wait years for certain animals to be added. I would much prefer more expensive but larger expansion packs. Like the old zoo tycoon 2 ones
I don't like the idea of a second game. It'll be just like what happened with jurassic world evolution. You brought the game and all dlcs over the years, then they abandoned the game and make a second one with all the content you already brought in the first game which you have now have to buy a second time to get just to get the lagoons and aviaries that should have just been added via updates to the first game. Making a planet zoo 2 would be pretty much the same thing. They offer you everything from the first game at launch, which you now buy a second time, just to get aviaries and birds which can just be added to the current planet zoo. Then people who've spent 1000s of hours in planet zoo and have so many amazing zoos will just have to ditch the game to get birds and can't even add them to their current zoos.
Hello lovelies! Back from a few days of Christmas shopping and festive vibes in Maastricht. 😊❤️ Hoping to have a new Caribbean Zoo episode ready Sunday or Monday. 🥰
I bought the the Planet Zoo: Ultimate Edition on console at release and I'm still loving it. I've only just opened my first sandbox zoo and am looking forward to the future DLCs. I have been watching loads of your videos. Thank you so much
I need zookeeper mode to be a thing like it was in ZT2. It drives me crazy when the keepers are taking forever to get picking up poop, feeding, water and they're something that I could just drop in and do.
With what we're seeing with Planet Coaster 2 right now, I am extremely nervous for a Planet Zoo 2. Of course PC2 could be used as a learning opportunity for what not to do, but something tells me they might try to rush out Planet Zoo 2 in a desperate attempt to make money seeing that Planet Zoo is getting more daily players than PC2. If Planet Zoo 2 truly was their 2026 slot, I think they should refocus and push it back to 2027, and make sure everything is how the fans want it. No animals left behind, no unnecessary changes to the Ui, no dumb gameplay decisions. If they're going to do this, it needs to be done right.
I was one of those "i will only play zoo tycoon 2" players until i finally gave planet zoo a chance this year and its incredible, i cant believe it has been out for 5 years lol to me this still feels like a new game so the idea of a planet zoo 2 is a lil wild to me, personally i think they can just keep updating the game with more stuff i dont think a second game is necessary for now
I hope planet zoo continues to 2025 and maybe 2026 because I think it could just be updated instead of a new game.I need lots more animals to be added like (my personal list) the Serval, honey Badger, greater kudu, gaur, indian blackbuck and many more like birds.I personally had mixed feelings to the tortoise they added in the zookeeper animal pack.
So hypothetically, what if: 1) They launch Planet Zoo 2's base game with all the animals from Planet Zoo 1. You pay $50 for the game, and then they release flying birds, full aquatics, and other animals in the next 20 packs or so? Or 2) They launch Planet Zoo 2 with flying birds and full aquatics, including functioning aviaries and aquariums. You get 50 animals from Planet Zoo 1, plus another 20 animals, such as flying birds and full aquatics. After that, you get a mixture of new animals (not in Planet Zoo 1) and animals you already paid for in Planet Zoo 1 packs, with another 20 future packs for Planet Zoo 2. What if something like this is possible? Just curious 😊
Personally I think this is the best way for frontier to make a “pz2” cause atm pz is frontier’s biggest money maker stopping development in favor of a new game that may make less money is a very big gamble that would have bad effects if it fails
Frontier does not need to create a PlabetZoo2, it will fail exactly like PlanetCoaster2, all they need to do, update the game, even if it will be 1 update per year, as long as they don't let the game die.
As long as People keep spending money on the games ( ie Planet Coaster 2 and the DLC) frontier wont put very much effort into games at this point. We can speak about how were disappointed with a game but we already bought the game, so it really doesnt matter in their eyes.
Hello Delady! I am a new Planet Zoo player. And your channel is the reason why I bought this game! (also discount on Steam on Black Friday 😁). I am impressed how much work and dedication you put into each video. Thank you for that!
Even though us console players have only been on this journey for about 9 months, it’s been incredible and I definitely don’t want it to end! I would rather have a Mario kart 8 deluxe treatment instead of planet zoo 2! Having to rebuy all animals will not go over well, but a $30 mega dlc with aviaries and aquariums? That would sell for sure
I'll be honest, I've kind of stopped playing Planet Zoo because I am waiting for more packs to come out. I'm on console and I get a little frustrated seeing a great build on a UA-cam video and later realizing I can't try something similar because I don't have those packs yet. Console players didn't even get the anniversary leopard free DLC. I decided I would let a few more packs come out and then work on the scenarios... I also got frustrated because doing anything with roofs is so hard on console (might be a skill issue for me haha). My kid still plays the game every time a new pack is released but she has been dying to get the barnyard pack for the chickens, and we don't even know when we'll get to have that one. Simultaneously, a bunch of streamers we were watching for specifically the console edition stopped updating, and that slowed down our drive to play. I'm not a Planet Coaster player but I am a Jurassic World lover, and I think there is more crossover between those two games than Coaster and Zoo. I'm super excited about the next game-- I've been playing since the first game's release, so as long as they release the console version same day I'll be pre-ordering. For console players the idea of a Planet Zoo 2 is too soon, but I'm excited about the idea of dropping aviaries into the game and maybe more exhibit species or aquariums. I do think they waited a little long to put it out on console, though.
I'm thinking Planet Zoo 2 would be a 2027 or 2028 release, with stuff like Planet Coaster 2, Planet Zoo Console Edition and Jurassic World Evolution 3 filling in the void.
I have so many thoughts regarding Planet Zoo's future development that I'm tempted to make a video of my own. Still, I wanted to add that if they do make a Planet Zoo 2, I really hope they incorporate more of what Leaf talked about in one of his latest videos. I feel like its a given they should add aquariums and flying birds in PZ2, as well as generally updating every current aspect of the game, but I also feel like there needs to be more gameplay. The most appealing gameplay addition Leaf mentioned was being able to become a more active member of your zoo, as either a visitor or a worker. I would love to assume the role of a zookeeper and take care of the animals, or the role of a vet where I complete minigames where I have to figure out what an animal is sick with and cure them. I would also love if the animal care in the game was more complex, like forming a relationship with the animals, and maybe the dangers of working with certain animals.
Taking on the zoo keeper role like they allowed in ZT2 would be huge iki. Not only is it fun and a change of gameplay when a player gets bored of the God view, but it's also a great way for a player to"quick fix" staff issues. Like when the fans peacocks have a filthy pen it's be nice if I could pop down, clean it up and the pip back up again for example.
Okay so hear me out: I believe taht they planned on moving on to Planet Zoo 2. BUT. Planet Coaster 2 is such an disaster, its so much more expensive to build a game from scratch, I dont believe that they will do the same fault twice. The Zookeepers animal pack was planned as the last pack but they changed their mind. In this ituation you cannot kill your cashcow. So they have to give PZ more love to keep it alive. Im positive atm, that they will implement birds in the next development steps. This game feels so unfinished right now, I refuse to believe, that wew come to an end soon.
Frontier needs to see that Planet Zoo is outperforming their new PC2 game on PC numbers basis and continue support back to a quaterly DLC update cycle! Even though this is unlikely. If they make Zoo2 they will probably remove half the features like they did with PC2
I'm pretty sure that the next dlc will called the last one, but then on Livestream they will say it's not, and then we will see the same circle again, we thought barnyard pack was the last one but it wasn't and then we thought zookeepers pack was the last pack but it wasn't again.
Really hope Frontier will open up more about their future plans and roadmap. This uncertainty is so frustrating, and the lack of content in general is as well. 😅
To be fair, Frontier never said at any point that either pack was going to be the last one. People just assumed that it would end (myself included). It seemed like the Zookeeper Pack would be the last one because of the anniversary theme but it ended up just being for the fifth anniversary rather than an actual send-off. Hopefully the actual last DLC will be something big, I've never played Planet Coaster but I've heard people praise the Ghostbusters Pack as a proper finale so it could be something like that.
Hopping Frontier wil do aquariums. Even as an exhibit... I just really really miss marine animals the in game. They are so common literally everywhere! The fact that my dentist has an aquarium in he's office but I don't have in my zoo makes me feel stupid..
They have no business making a second game when the first one isn't finished. It's nothing but a cash grab and its immensely disappointing to see from devs who seemed to take their community feedback seriously these past 5 years.
In my opinion it would be the best way to bring one big free update with bug fixes, the new pathing system of PC2 and maybe AI implementation for anymations and things like that. Then afterwards release 2 Expansion Packs (just like Zoo Tycoon back in the days) to introduce aquariums and aviaries. This would also open up more options for further DLCs in the future. Planet Zoo 2 is not really needed, as you said PZ1 is a great game.
Hi, last years November financial report was a business update because of the layoffs and to keep investors positive. Next proper one will be in January! Also great video- I enjoy your longer discussion type videos!
The difficult thing is that Planet Zoo will probably be affected by PC2 doing not as well as planned. Just like the lay-offs last year. That wasn't because PZ was doing bad, but because other Frontier games flopped. My worry is that PC2 doing bad would leave less resources for the development of PZ2 and make it impossible to live up to the expectations we are having for it.
I think the hard part with a Planet Zoo 2 is that Planet Zoo 1 hits a lot of high notes well. Are there still issues with it? Sure. But when the game is good, it is really good. I found the experience overwhelming in terms of its scope, but easy to pick up and play. So, yeah, with Planet Zoo 2, it's like trying to capture lightning in a bottle twice.
I kind of feel at this point that it's going to be really hard for Frontier to justify a Planet Zoo 2 while a large chunk of the community will feel like things should have been in Planet Zoo 1.. 🙈
@DeLadysigner I agree. I mean with the big two, aquariums and aviaries, I really think they have the capability to put those in Planet Zoo 1. We have bats and butterflies, so it wouldn't be a stretch to have walkthrough exhibits with birds. As for fish, they could just fit in a regular exhibit. They look enough like fish tanks already.
PZ and sims 4 are my all time favorite games, so I watch content even when I'm to busy or tired to play. So I'll be here no matter what!! Love to see your videos
From a financial stand point, I am not ready for Planet Zoo 2. I continue to buy packs when I can, usually on sales, but I'll feel like I've lit all that money on fire if it all becomes worthless the moment PZ2 comes out.
My only hope is that if they are intent on making a Planet Zoo 2, that it doesn’t feel like a downgrade like I feel Planet Coaster 2 is. If they want to make a console optimized version of the game, fine, but PLEASE do not create a sequel game that makes the experience worse for PC players
Did I like the 2 last packs? Let me just say, when I go to the zoo I'm not there to see chickens and sheep, zookeeper's pack was also a huge disappointment, the title itself made me think we could finally be a zookeeper and would have been a great ending.
I think like others have said, I’d like animal/theme packs every few months etc but I think maybe 1 big aquarium update that acts as a planet zoo 1.5/2
I loved seeing some new animals this year, BUT the building pieces did not really fit in with anything I normally build. I still love playing this game and look forward to others who post videos!
Hey! Thanks for your speculative content I love it! For my part I think that he should simply not try to replace planet Zoo1 with a planet Zoo2. He should look for how to bring back those who left, and since update 2.0 is coming soon This could be the opportunity for a big update (30 animals, new scenery, new mechanics: aviaries or aquarium for example) at the price of the base game or slightly less expensive
I'm not playing in Planet Zoo anymore simply because my laptop is getting on in age and turns terrifyingly hot. I actually like the barnyard animal pack but I haven't been able to play it yet. Maybe next year I can get myself a good PC and get into it again!
I have a 2017 iMac, look into game streaming, I use Nvidia Geforce NOW, all you need is at least 15mbps upload speed for internet, you are playing through a server computer, they have a free version or paid for longer play times and higher quality game streaming 😊
I'm still playing PZ & watching content of it. Bottom line for me is there no other real competition when it comes to zoo builders/animal management games atm, so PZ is where I invest my play time. I'm one of the people that fall into feeling 'meh' about PZ2, I honestly have no desire for cetaceans in the game & if they are a part of PZ2 it will actively put me off of purchasing it. I also feel like PZ2 is unnecessary with the numbers still actively playing PZ atm. I'd rather they just gave us quality of life updates like being able to participate in the cleanup of our zoos or enclosures/habitats or be able to feed & dart our animals in first person etc. I'd love more birds. But in reality, there are still plenty of 'non fliers' they could add to the game if they want to leave fully flighted birds for PZ2. I'm fine with PZ2 being like 5-8 years away or something- like when PZ reaches 10 years, we get PZ2 sort of deal with way better graphics & features, as then having many of the same animals in PZ won't be an issue either. IMO, it seems kind of counter intuitive for them to pull back from a game that is still earning them steady income (despite much less DLC content this year) in favour of something that may or may not be as well received ala PC2, for the sake of slightly better graphics, a different pathing system & bring us 2 of the most highly requested packs. The risks just don't seem to outweigh the benefits, but 'who knows' I guess. I can see what you say with PZ2 bringing more people back into the game.... but that would only be true if the game wasn't super buggy on release. If it was to be super buggy, wouldn't it'd put more people off & potentially damage the steady income they have from PZ as an added downside? I almost think adding master packs/DLC containing say aquariums & aviaries to PZ would bring people back to the game in higher numbers, but with the benefit of far fewer bugs. It's a hard one. I think the JW games are a different kettle of fish compared to PZ & I think aimed at slightly different people- I have played the JW games, but got bored pretty quickly as it isn't so much about the animals, it's more about building an entertainment park that happens to contain dinos. Which is why they can get away with making new games I think- the animals while important, aren't really the main focus of the game play itself if that makes sense.
I just wish the game got more love on console. I feel like we are treated like second class citizens to PC players. It already took them over 4 years to bring it to console, yet JWE was no problem ($$$). And now they release vague nonexistent patch notes when they release a DLC pack every 2 months and that's it. Frontier has been slipping plain and simple. Also good luck getting them to respond to a help ticket.
Hi, it's me. The one who gave up on playing PZ because of all the bugs and constant release of too similar animals, but who still watches PZ content. What do i think the future of PZ is? Life support DLCs until they get around to PZ 2. What do i think about a PZ 2? Seeing how PC 2 was released, not very hopeful.
Thanks for another great video. My thoughts on the Barnyard Pack: I could have lived without the entire pack. I get it was to introduce petting zoos and I appreciate they didn't go with very standard animals found on a typical American farm and instead went with specific European locations. Still, the Alpaca and American Standard Donkey do not make it into my zoos. As for the Zookeepers Pack, I like the animals despite the re-skins. No complaints.
I honestly just started playing the game when it dropped on console. If they drop another soon I would wait 2 or 3 more years until i ma done with all the packs and get board of the current material (upcoming for console players). Then buy the new one, because I am sure it will be just as good by then. Just like the current planet zoo got so much better.
I can definetly see both sides of the PZ2 argument. I can understand people who would like more development for Planet Zoo, but considering its a 5 year old game now adding new fancy stuff to it is probably pretty difficult and therefore unlikely, so i think people wishing for a sequel with a fresh engine do also have a point. Also i think PZ is kinda, well not running out of animals exactly, but atleast out of animals that do offer something really new, and honestly i think you can only add so many antelopes and cats before it gets stale for the alot of players. And with the smaller team they have now im not really sure if we can expect many more animals that do really offer something new, and the rather lackluster execution of the recent sifaka doesnt really help that
I think that PlanCo2 will have a similar situation that Mojang had with Minecraft Legends and how they both discontinued some of their best games and put out a new game which will shut down in only a few months after release.
I do not want a planet zoo 2. Planet Zoo 1 is so good that there’s just no way a sequel could do it justice without years and years of updating. Which means we would have to rebuy animals that we already have. Instead, I think it would be best if they scrapped the idea of a second game and instead did expansion packs for planet zoo. Like have an aviary expansion pack and an aquarium expansion pack. They could charge the price of a new game or maybe alittle less for each expansion pack, and release DLCs for each expansion pack. It would bring key new features into a game that we already know we love and don’t have to worry about being ruined by a sequel while also making Frontier money.
Even as a coaster nerd, I can admit that planet zoo is a superior game to planet coaster 2. There’s so much in planet coaster 2 that bugs me. Like 2/3 flat rides in the pack that launched today don’t even exist in real life. And the 1 flat ride that is good is just ported over from planet coaster 1 and we already had.
I think the issue with pz2 is the same one that city skylines 2 struggled with(and pc2 to a degree as well): the mods and dlc for the first game is such a high bar that the second game has to out compete the mod community and years of dlcs. Which is a hard thing to compete with. I think pz2 would be good overall for game mechanic reasons (the dang path systems and other quality of life upgrades) but they're going to need to come on strong with lots of animals and some kind of new mechanics (aquariums etc) or people will just be dissapiinted and comparing it to pz1 as it is currently. I personally thing dlcs should stop for the next year or two before we introduce a new game. Give people time to get "bored" of the current pz and not but anything for the current game before adding in a new game to purchase. (Also i agrree, while there is overlap in creative players for pc and pz, i don't think a ton of average players have a ton of overlap. I for one won't ever buy pc, i just have no interest in it versus pz)
I can’t believe them even considering a PZ2 at this stage following a the massacre of PC2… They are not going to try coaxing anyone from the stable platform and leaving them in the chaos that coaster2 caused…. That would be the end of frontier… if they even recover from PC2s launch, which is looking more and more unlikely
Logically from a business point of view making a pz2 with birds, aviaries, marine and aquariums as your selling point would make you a lot more money that pc2 ever did, with these both being big parts of jwe they’d be stupid not to add these to pz or a potential pz2
Just started playing. But the game playing requirements for the PC . Feel like any new game I'm getting priced out. Can't afford a high end computer 😢.
Well, I believe it's time for Planet Zoo 2. Both from a company point of view, but also for the costumers. From the company, it's clear that it's the only way to get A. a lot of money again that you already partly invested in keeping the game 5 (!!!!!) years running B. (new) people excited about something new, like water and/or air creatures (let's keep it vague) and that keeps the technical (graphics but also visitor behavior for example) updated. Being a 5 year old sucessfull game it screams for that option. But also costumers could benefit from a radical new development. We don't want to depart from Planet Zoo because the devs were incredible with all the free updates. If they hadn't done those, we would already by screaming for a new game. It's a DJ Khaled suffering from sucess situation. But besides the new animals (types), there's so much to work on: ) some further though-through exhibits, better education system, better guests, maybe expand the idea of conservation in a less gamified way, better economy, etc etc. Obviously, it needs to be good. But the potential is there.
I play on console, and we don't even have all the PC packs yet. So I hope the content is coming, but it's hard to say what will happen when JWE3 drops.
@@DarrylNagy i really doubt they will change JWE3 too much comparing to JWE2 honestly.. They heard about the new JWE movie pretty late (end of last year) so they all of a sudden had to start working on JWE3, which I think wont be very different comparing to JWE2 considering the amount of time they have for development.. 🙈
@DeLadysigner that's a bummer, I clearly know nothing about video game design. But could they not pull from PZ and incorporate into JWE3, or is that more difficult than it sounds.
Both games are built on a completely different engine, I'm afraid. I'm always rooting for a Planet Dinosaur game or something, but as long as they work with Universal for JWE, I very much doubt that will happen anytime soon, if ever. 😕
Given current Frontier situation? It is probably few packs featuring bunch of mammals as usual before leaving this game for good. People should realise by now all birds, aquatic, relevant updates are not happening. Lowkey sad, but it is also community fault for being stubborn. PZ2 should happen long ago, but if general community councess is simply believing Frontier can do it (which they cant) then community still has absolutely zero clue about company.
I’m not sure if this would happen, but would the DLCs purchased from PZ1 be transferable to PZ2? Cause if you’d have to purchase them ALL over again then I don’t really see the point
for me it's easy. look at the difference between Zoo tycoon 1 & 2. a new game can't be just an expansion pack that we got in zoo tycoon 2 (like they copied from for rct3)
That's my big worry too. I mean I haven't played PC2 yet, but I'm waiting for some more updates and fixes before I judge it. But based on what I've heard, it was $80 down the drain.
From an efficiency standpoint, if they release PZ2 and update it alongside PC2, they could release builder content packs that fit both. And maybe if we get it for one game, we get it for 50% discount on the other game. It would be a way to save costs for them and for us to stay engaged with both titles. If they move on to a sequel (which was a normal part of the sim game lifecycle back in older generations of gaming), there will be some benefits. They will get some of the nice new features of PC2 along with the updates between now and then. And if they start over with PZ2, then resources will be put toward giving us lots of new DLC packs because it will be the shiny new thing. I like the idea - I just STRONGLY need them to reward us dedicated players by bringing our PZ1 DLC content into the new game at a steep discount. Don't take all of our old content away or make us pay full price a second time.
honestly if frontier does a pz2 and the main sale point its just birds and aquariums i think i will skip it i mean i would pay for a dlc with like 30 birds 30 euros but im not paying for a new entire game plus all the dlc without the animals i already have or just like 70% because birds and fish, i mean i want them but they aren even my fav or even top 20 and looking at pc2 betting on what some people want as a single main point its a mistake, birds and aquariums arent even that popular in zoos and among most people how many people do you know that would reply with a bird or a aquarium animal as their top 5 fav animals? i dont know any . Listen to the noise minority doesnt end well most times btw i think you right for example idc about creative games i never played them i kinda like managing games but the real reason i play pz is the cute animals thats it no other reason so idc about pc2 idc about any frontier type of game if it doesnt have animals, idc if its extint animals fantasy or reals i would buy it. Im sure alot of people play this game for the fact its has animals only not for the creative side. So i really hope if we get pz 2 that it has way more managing and animals (not just fishes and birds)
I also went back to playing PZ after the release of planet coaster 2. I am really unimpressed by that game, really. I didnt even buy it. Planet Zoo is much better in my opinion!
If they are making pz2 they’re going to have to continue pz1 development cause atm it’s frontier’s biggest money maker and will have to stay on development until if pz2 is stabally making more money than pz1 and may still becyhe main focus of pz2 fails
Get Planet Zoo and many other games with a great discount www.instant-gaming.com/?igr=DeLadysigner 🎉

I think Frontier just can sell a DLC with 30 birds and aviary pieces (or an acquarium DLC) for 30€ and people would buy it…they would make more money this way than releasing Pz2 too soon
I agree. I want an aviary with different types of exotic birds, whether they are in habitats or exhibits or even a walk through exhibit.
The reason why I was so disappointed in the barnyard pack was the lack of rabbits. It's ridiculous to me that they were not included!
I always thought the flemish giant rabbit would make a great walkthrough exhibit animal.
It's a zoo simulation game, not a farm simulation games, rabbits belong a farm, not a zoo.
@ slight problem with that, the pack they’re saying is basically a petting zoo pack, and rabbits are a staple petting zoo animal, so…
My main issue with a PZ2 coming out soon after PZ1 wraps up is that I don't want to pay again for the same animals and stuff we have now. Also I don't wana have to wait years for certain animals to be added. I would much prefer more expensive but larger expansion packs. Like the old zoo tycoon 2 ones
I don't like the idea of a second game. It'll be just like what happened with jurassic world evolution.
Looking forward to seeing your latest addition to the Caribbean Zoo.
I bought the the Planet Zoo: Ultimate Edition on console at release and I'm still loving it. I've only just opened my first sandbox zoo and am looking forward to the future DLCs. I have been watching loads of your videos. Thank you so much
So happy to hear that 😍 it really is such a great game!

Haven't had a time to watch you in a long time due to exams, but now I'm back and so excited!!!!🎉🎉
Happy to see you back! 😃 I hope your exams went well!
So hypothetically, what if:
1) They launch Planet Zoo 2's base game with all the animals from Planet Zoo 1. You pay $50 for the game, and then they release flying birds, full aquatics, and other animals in the next 20 packs or so?

2) They launch Planet Zoo 2 with flying birds and full aquatics, including functioning aviaries and aquariums.
@@DeLadysignerto be honest I actually like number 1.🙂
Thank you so much! Appreciate it a lot ❤️

You do know dama gazelles are already in the game right?
I just planned a whole new PC around Planet Zoo, even though it's five years old it's still the game I've got top of my list.
I'm thinking Planet Zoo 2 would be a 2027 or 2028 release, with stuff like Planet Coaster 2, Planet Zoo Console Edition and Jurassic World Evolution 3 filling in the void.
Don’t care how long it takes so long we get aquarium and aviary animals
Yes to all of that and please ... let them fix the pathing system.
Yep… they are not going to ruin another franchise, they are not going to risk ruining two back to back releases…
Frontier needs to see that Planet Zoo is outperforming their new PC2 game on PC numbers basis and continue support back to a quaterly DLC update cycle! Even though this is unlikely. If they make Zoo2 they will probably remove half the features like they did with PC2
I kind of think the answer for Frontier would be integrating PC2 and PZ2 to bring the two player bases together.
Ive been saying this since the beginning so you can make a seaworld or chessington equivalent with both animals and rides togethers
Better make more DLC's to bring more depth (like EU4) than develop a PZ2 like Planet Coaster 2.
@@DeLadysigneragree, this is so boring
Bigger DLC for like 20-40€ with each 30-40 animals are a good solution. Maybe a big aviary and a big aquarium pack🤷🏻♂️
I think we all would buy it😇
In my opinion it would be the best way to bring one big free update with bug fixes, the new pathing system of PC2 and maybe AI implementation for anymations and things like that.
Aaah yeah! That actually makes a lot of sense! Well then we gotta wait a little bit longer 😅
Happy to hear you enjoy these vids 😊 means a lot!
Thank you so much ❤️
From a financial stand point, I am not ready for Planet Zoo 2.
Agreed!
Consider using GeForce Now is you can. Cloud gaming is the only way I can play PZ
I have a 2017 iMac, look into game streaming, I use Nvidia Geforce NOW, all you need is at least 15mbps upload speed for internet, you are playing through a server computer, they have a free version or paid for longer play times and higher quality game streaming 😊
Have you tried playing it with Geforce Now? Might help for a better expierence for you 😊
@@DeLadysigner I should try it some time but I am not optimistic with my rural internet 🥲
Where and how do you access this chart? 05:37
Steam DB you can see amount of players, compare them with other games, see prizes in orher countries, etc 😊 steamdb.info/app/703080/charts/
Support and bug fixes definitely went down over the years.. and agreed.. definitely not hopeful for a PZ2 😕
Just keep Plant Zoo and add aviaries and aquariums and release bigger animal packs with 20 to 30 animals like in Zoo Tycoon 2.
I definitely want Chinese or Japanese salamanders in the next game
I can’t believe them even considering a PZ2 at this stage following a the massacre of PC2…
They are not going to try coaxing anyone from the stable platform and leaving them in the chaos that coaster2 caused….
Try playing it with Geforce Now 😊
Well, I believe it's time for Planet Zoo 2.
Awesome video!!!
Thanks Alex 😃
@@DeLadysigner Any Time :)
I play on console, and we don't even have all the PC packs yet. So I hope the content is coming, but it's hard to say what will happen when JWE3 drops.
You are getting 2 packs every 2 months on the console edition.. should be completed by coming summer? I think?
@DeLadysigner Nice, I'm loving the game so far. Much better than JWE2, so I am hoping they bring the modular aspect to JWE3.
Would definitely not count on that, no 🙈
I would rather have the bugs fixed in Planet Zoo 1 and have it working optimally than have Planet Zoo 2 with the same animals again
for me it's easy. look at the difference between Zoo tycoon 1 & 2. a new game can't be just an expansion pack that we got in zoo tycoon 2 (like they copied from for rct3)
With how planet coaster 2 is doing, I don't want a PZ2
It definitely doesnt look good and promising 🙈 really hope they can prove us wrong.. 🙏
That's my big worry too. I mean I haven't played PC2 yet, but I'm waiting for some more updates and fixes before I judge it. But based on what I've heard, it was $80 down the drain.
Can you get the Planet Zoo Ultimate Edition if you didn't buy Console at launch? If anybody knows, please tell me.
Yes of course…
@ Thank you
From an efficiency standpoint, if they release PZ2 and update it alongside PC2, they could release builder content packs that fit both.
What happening to the souvenir shops?
The custom souvenir shops they added in december were completely broken te first few months and until now still dont work how they should.. 🙈
I'm no longer playing Planet Zoo only because it's begun crashing for me. I haven't been able to fix the issue. 😢
Im so sorry to hear that 😔 are you playing on PC or Console?
honestly if frontier does a pz2 and the main sale point its just birds and aquariums i think i will skip it i mean i would pay for a dlc with like 30 birds 30 euros but im not paying for a new entire game plus all the dlc without the animals i already have or just like 70% because birds and fish, i mean i want them but they aren even my fav or even top 20 and looking at pc2 betting on what some people want as a single main point its a mistake, birds and aquariums arent even that popular in zoos and among most people how many people do you know that would reply with a bird or a aquarium animal as their top 5 fav animals? i dont know any . Listen to the noise minority doesnt end well most times
btw i think you right for example idc about creative games i never played them i kinda like managing games but the real reason i play pz is the cute animals thats it no other reason so idc about pc2 idc about any frontier type of game if it doesnt have animals, idc if its extint animals fantasy or reals i would buy it.
Out of interest how do you know about PC2 if you have never played it?
@@mattyperry1633 by the videos of creators and the reviews. I lost interest
If they are making pz2 they’re going to have to continue pz1 development cause atm it’s frontier’s biggest money maker and will have to stay on development until if pz2 is stabally making more money than pz1 and may still becyhe main focus of pz2 fails
I want a dinosaur pack personally
