What I like about Kabal is the direction they can go, since a good amount of characters have been changed, they can make Kabal a shaolin monk (MK11 reference when he fought Liu Kang, Liu said that he would be great as a shaolin), or make him into a cyborg (his ending in MK9 suggested he became a cyborg killing machine), or they can literally make him a police officer (since he worked with Stryker as a cop) but instead of earthrealm, he can be an authority figure in the order realm along with Hotaru lol. Sorry the length, Kabals my favorite character and would like to see him back lol.

The forest stage I would bet is the living forest after the Quan Chi's flames put out cuz you can see one of the original stages skulls on a tree for a split second. Also, didint MK1 made this Havik to be Hotaru himself according to dialog intro's?

I could see the OIA (brought up in Kenshi's ending) playing a role in the next game if MK1 doesn't keep rolling out new story DLCs, which could be a way to bring back Jax, Sonya, and/or Stryker with new origins. Would also give an inroad to the Black Dragon and Red Dragon, groups name dropped in various places but not represented, where we might see the likes of Kano, Kabal, and Erron Black again (though Black would likely need a major backstory overhaul as he doesn't have the whole "Shang-Sung gave him longevity from the wild west era" that I think his original origin was). As for more characters to add to MK1, if they're saving Jax, Sonya, and Stryker as playables for when the OIA becomes a focal faction in the game, I'd love to see Nightwolf make a return. Especially with how previous games made it a title anyone could possess, pay off that planting of a woman taking up the mantle of Nightwolf as was implied in one of his prior tower endings.
Be cool to have Kira, Frost and Sareena as playable or least Kira as Cameo fighter. That and DLC where Johnny Cage gets Kurt Russell's Big Trouble in little China's Jack Burton's outfit.

I'm not surprised there are more trailer in the works. This trailer as amazing as it was felt like it was missing somethings like the Kameos. It' hard to imagine that the new story mode won't have a few new Kameos in it. If anything at least some of the story mode only ones like that one guy that showed up in Johnny Cages story when he was doing his "Illinois Johnny" scene. As for who I think might be revealed soon I still think that despite this current story we might see Drahmin, Moloch, Kia, Jataaka, Meat, Kobra and Kira and I think KP3 will probably be where we get Sheeva. I think Hotaru will come back but he will be very different and maybe that is a part of why he hasn't been shown yet. The playable characters I can see them eventually bringing to the game is Kotal, Jade, Cassie Cage, Jacqui Briggs, Kung Jin, Skarlet.

And then, along came Kira that was basically foster raised her entire childhood and finally somehow a certain fire God revealed to her who her biological parents really are. And then somehow, she masters both of het parents capabilities like how she was in Deception.

I just want in INVASIONS mode, for there to actually be SKINS IN THE STORE FOR ME TO BUY. Wtf is this recent trend of the seasonal store having things for sale that I already earned......and next to no skins! Like 4 people get one skin?! And it isn't like every character gets cool skins through gameplay either. It is annoying AF. I also have issues with the shrine only giving out one costume in 6 colors per season. So I have both gold and silver coins that I collect but can't spend ......bc after a VERY short time I have EVERYTHING.....so at a point the coins offer ZERO incentive. Last season and this season are more than a disappointment, they are really irritating.

It would be cool if Scorpion's scar was automatic on him after you complete story mode. I know if you unlock a skin with the scar then you'll have the scar. It would be cool if it was unlocked after story mode, just like Havik was a story mode completion unlock.

His counterpart looks like him with his skin on his face burnt off with all his other undead minions. He wears the same type of helmet. He even sounds like evil Ash Williams. Kombat Pack 3 should consist of.. Bringing back variations for characters, Kratos with Atreus as Kameos, Chucky as kameo, Mk9 Shao Khan breaks out of his changed timeline and next boss character with classic mk3 specials which is why variations, Invasions made for Kameos, KL made guest characters brutalities and so on and silver coins and gold coins for Roster.. Solves everything
If they added Judge Dredd next they should use the Karl Urban version. They could do a fun thing with intro sequences with Homelander could go like this (Dredd “murder of the first degree, multiple Homicides, public indecency, r&pe, the sentence is death” Homelander responds “you can’t judge me.. I was found not guilty!”) Another way could go like (Homelander “you dare judge my actions I will f@cking BUTCHER you” Dredd response “Assault of a Judge that’s 10-20 years”) Anyone else think of responses for other characters.

Havik is Dairou in Liu Kang's timeline. Titan Havik in the expansion is the original from Deception.

Wtf is this recent trend of the seasonal store having things for sale that I already earned......and next to no skins! Like 4 people get one skin?! And it isn't like every character gets cool skins through gameplay either. It is annoying AF.
I also have issues with the shrine only giving out one costume in 6 colors per season. So I have both gold and silver coins that I collect but can't spend ......bc after a VERY short time I have EVERYTHING.....so at a point the coins offer ZERO incentive.
Last season and this season are more than a disappointment, they are really irritating.
If they do make Mortal Kombat 2 hopefully they'll call it Mortal Kombat 2 but in Roman numerals like they did with Mortal Kombat X as a reference to that

It would be cool if Scorpion's scar was automatic on him after you complete story mode. I know if you unlock a skin with the scar then you'll have the scar. It would be cool if it was unlocked after story mode, just like Havik was a story mode completion unlock.

I wanted noob saibot so excited for that. After him jade, kano, Scarlett, fujin , Nightwolf. Guest characters Duke nukem, Doomslayer, Kratos again. Kameo characters Kabal, shinook, Kintaro. Quan chi, Shang Tsung.
For game modes local tag team , and a true sub-boss before Shang Tsung and quan Quan like Motaro or even some new all together

Oh my god I knew Titan Havik reminded me of someone. Ash Williams evil counter part in Evil Dead Army of Darkness. His counterpart looks like him with his skin on his face burnt off with all his other undead minions. He wears the same type of helmet. He even sounds like evil Ash Williams. That's one way to get Ash Williams into the game. 😂

Kombat Pack 3 should consist of.. Bringing back variations for characters, Kratos with Atreus as Kameos, Chucky as kameo, Mk9 Shao Khan breaks out of his changed timeline and next boss character with classic mk3 specials which is why variations, Invasions made for Kameos, KL made guest characters brutalities and so on and silver coins and gold coins for Roster.. Solves everything
If they added Judge Dredd next they should use the Karl Urban version. They could do a fun thing with intro sequences with Homelander could go like this
(Dredd “murder of the first degree, multiple Homicides, public indecency, r&pe, the sentence is death”
Homelander responds “you can’t judge me.. I was found not guilty!”)
Another way could go like (Homelander “you dare judge my actions I will f@cking BUTCHER you”
