Dépends on build. I love having amp on shield cause I benefit it from it a lot with my build. Also amp on regular shields applies to all bullets. Specific amp shields like re-router orèthe version 0.m only apply their amp to one bullet.

The thing about the Plaguebearer isn't just that it can take out groups of enemies. If you shoot it along a corridor full of enemies, it will take out _all_ of them. In my opinion, that makes the charge time totally worth it. I still prefer the Backburner, though. My _only_ complaint about the Ghast Call is that the item model is a regular Torgue grenade, rather than a skull. If we can throw a fish or a slice of chocolate cake as a grenade, why not a skull?
My favorite combo is still the hive launcher + the unforgiven pistol. Shoot hive and quick swap to pistol get bonus crits. It's easy it's crude n it does an ass-ton of damage with the right build

@@mr.cuddlesworth3144 I just came back to the game after playing through the main story when it first came out, it was pretty forgettable, but holy crap are the DLC's good, so far I've played through Handsome Jackpot in it's entirety and reached lvl 72 on Mayhem 11.. had a blast and now im working through Guns, Love and Tentacles and Bounty of Blood, they're both amazing.

The pistal “the double penetrating echo” is very good with moze. I was oneshoting everything except for bosses, which only took one or two mags on bosses. Mine was in electric with a x2 variant. When I paired it with the wish, it was an absolute beast. Definitely and honorable mention for moze.
Literally needed this. I was so overwhelmed on what I should have, not having enough time to actually sit and watch your love playthroughs all the way. This video helped me find what I needed and helped me do true trials and all subsequent raids that follow!
Fun thing I found with Zane and the opq system is that the skill that gives a chance to shoot two projectiles applies to the little gun the opq system shoots out so sometimes you can get 4 guns if you have the capstone, equip the opq system, get a kill. Then you have two opq’s floating, one with you and one with ur clone
Out of all these weapons you've mentioned, OPQ system has easily been my favorite of them all. It feels so smooth and satisfying, yet also totally strong and wrecks tail
My go to weapon of each type are Smg: dna or kybs worth (both are fun to use) Shotgun: butcher or convergence Sniper: skullmasher Ar: Rowans call or lucians call Pistol: beacon or multi tap Launcher: hive or the rhyna Sheild: infernal wish super soldier or revolter (depends on the build honestly) Grenade: my fav grenade is epicenter but I use whatever grenade has the annoint I need
Glad I decided to take a look at this video. I've not played BL3 for a long time, specifically since after the Director's Cut DLC came out. But now, I might just go and play this again and try to get some of these weapons to have some good fun! Thank you for this! 👍🏻
One thing I would do to kinda estimate the stacks on the anarchy would be to look at the crosshair and if you reload but it doesn’t get more inaccurate, you are at full stacks
I had this idea for a listing video being a top 5 or 10 "fallen from grace" gear in BL3. So any weapon/equipment/shield that was once good back in the day but slowly started falling off to being mediocre at best or down right useless at worst
"It's piss" is a reference to jarate, a team fortress 2 item that causes enemy players to take extra damage. And yes, it can be used to douse fire in that game, too

even if the free radical wasn't broken af, I would have enjoyed it alot because I find radicals interesting to learn about, and the free radical helps me picture it
I feel the heat exchanger class mod for Mose is massively, massively underrated. Its special effect stacks with let off some steam multiplicatively. When you're near max heat on the mini guns it gets to the point that each shot is doing millions of damage. Its by far the easiest Mose build to do well with. And with the mini guns you cant accidentally blow your self up like with some of iron bears other weapons. Honestly if more people picked up that class mod when it was added in the Murder Mysteries dlc I think it would've gotten absolutly nerfed into the ground.
I was farming for Boogeyman and got like 6 or 7 Kickchargers before I finaly got a single Boogey, so when I heard you say "absolute nightmare to farm" I couldn't help but smirk at the irony

The Hex grenade is my forever go to... but holy )#*(%&)@*^% getting to those little flying bastards is a chore, and they only rarely drop it, so... as Marcus would say, "Good luck!"
Just a note about the Super Soldier shield: I'm not sure if it has been stealth nerfed or just bugged as the description is misleading. Instead of the bonuses being active as long as the the shield is full, ALL of the effects are only activated on shield fill and only for a set duration. For the protective barrier, there's no issue as it works as intended according to the description. For the the other effects, however, the shield not only has to remain full, but will only stay active for around a minute on shield fill. I can only find a single other instance of someone else mentioning this behavior online, which pushes me towards bug, but please feel free to correct me if I'm wrong. Despite all this is, however, it is still a very solid shield to use, and thankfully, the anointment that triggers fill/break effects with action skills can greatly help remedy this (possible) unfortunate miscommunication.
Imo, the ember's purge is THE most powerful weapon in the game. Use the re-volter glitch combined with the toboggan glitch, and I have it doing 120MIL tick damage. Absolute enemy eraser. (edited because my spelling and grammar were horrible in op)
Base guns for manufacturers never seem to get the love and leveling. They nerfed Torge sticky and now it's useless unless it's a high spread shotgun. Vladov needs either a bigger clip or faster reload with their pistols and for rifles either a damage boost or again. Faster reload. The AR Vladov just seems booty. But, they did make sure to not make the pistols the AR like in BL2...but forgot to fix why nobody played with the AR. Same deal. And back to the Torgue...what's with the deal of taking the best ARs in BL2 in my opinion when it came to power and consistency and made then booty doo doo. Purple Torgue ARs were my go to guns at times. Especially with the high fire rate.
you forgot one very important feature of the roans call(or however you write that gun): The ultra nice sound it makes when its effect is triggering. CA-EFFING-THARTIC!
This vid helped me understand that you don’t need a comprehensive guide to get good at the endgame. I managed to make a pretty good Mayhem 11 Zane build with just items that felt right with it.
I always thought the Storm (Explosive Maliwan Sniper, spawns multiple orbs that shock other enemies) is one of the best snipers, and maybe even top 20 in all borderlands 3 weapons.
In normal mode ,yes. On M11 I wouldn't put it in the top 20. It's easily a top 10 sniper. I run it on my elemental Amara. Status effects amped to the max with a Infernal Wish shield (double projectiles) paired with Indiscriminate makes the orbs spawn where the bullets richocet and when orbs are out you can swap to the Guardian Angel for even more crazy damage. With my set up, I can literally one shot Wontan with DOT damage. Takes out every phase. Such a fun build. The Kill-O-Wisp is crazy strong on that build as well
personally im so happy a LOT of base game guns look, feel and sound as awesome as they are. cuz i rlly want to buy the DLC so bad, but i dont have any money to buy it with lmfao
"only a 6% drop chance" "Only a 10% drop chance" As someone who always farmed weapons in BL2 with perfect parts manually without gib these "Downsides" always amused me because the gear farming was always my favorit part
I just wish it still didn't had the delay after two consecutive shots like it once did. It was so fun spamming this thing around, felt like a BL2 Jakobs shotgun

I'm surprised storm didn't overtake some of the other options here. It's a beastly DPS sniper as long as your enemy isn't teleporting faster than you can shoot.
You can also get the Tizzy from True Trial of Instinct. Tyrant just dropped me one tonight. Tizzy and Backburner are both 50% drop rates from True Tyrant of Instinct.

by the way did you know the bee call is bl3 the conference call can roll with an amplify front facing shield that will buff the damage of the gun by 75% and that can stack with the re-volter, have fun vault hunters.
The tediore nerf seriously needs to be reverted ffs It literally made no sense to nerf it just to prevent the guns for cheesing a single piece of content that barely anyone even likes smh

Not only that but there’s some amazing grenades for Moze to endlessly spam too. Just like at launch. Ghast Call, Fish Slap, Lightspeed and Hex. All fun on Moze.

Loved using Butcher on Fl4k back at the start of the game. It just shit on the vault monsters too hard with Fadeaway. Hitting up Dinklebot once my current Fl4k hits 72 for it.
You may laugh at me for saying this, but I thought that the ECHO-2 grenade was really good when you used it right. When used as a last minute heal on Zane or Moze it is one of the best grenades I have ever used (Besides pre-nerf hex)
This sounds a bit nit picky but when talking about a gun/item would putting a clip of the gun dropping from it's dedicated source(s) be great for helping us know where the item drops from with a visual representation?

Recently, I’ve been using the butcher. It’s an amazing shotgun, almost like an infinity pistol. But every so often you do need to reload, which is kind of weird.
it's piss has to be a reference to Jarate in TF2 you can't convince me otherwise (jarate did something similar (putting out flaming teammates and making all hits mini crits and making invisible spies visible for a tine)
I was lucky enough to get that one anointment for the Soulrender that allows me to shoot continuously while my clone is alive, basically I just end up destroying everything, even if it’s incendiary. Edit: I’ve also been using the Star Helix lately, and it shreds even more than my Soulrender does. Same anointment, more damage from the three extra projectiles, if it were me I’d put it in the honorable mentions section.
I know the conference call gets a lot of hate but I have actually been able to absolutely destroy grave Ward and the locomotive boss with Zane using the conference call, seeing dead, ice breaker, and a frozen heart shield. Might be worth some testing!!!!
I have like 3 free radical drops from Summo since that’s the only mission I have done from the brat 😅 27:35 omg thank God I have all elements while I was farming for the plasma coil. No need to go back for that.
I see you also love the Maliwan blacksite map too. I grenade my way through it daily. Moxxis Bouncing Pair is just a great little grenade. I also grenade myself daily! :D
It's hard for me to see bl3 get going. I know I have some kind of addiction about it, some events made me wanted to play this game so badly in time I could'nt. It was my refuge when it could be. And I know there's a lot worse things in life but, still that's how I feel.

Fun thing I found with Zane and the opq system is that the skill that gives a chance to shoot two projectiles applies to the little gun the opq system shoots out so sometimes you can get 4 guns if you have the capstone, equip the opq system, get a kill. Then you have two opq’s floating, one with you and one with ur clone

I never use It's Piss. Had no idea what it does. Hearing you say it debuff enemies just made me realize it's the Jirate from TF2.
Out of all these weapons you've mentioned, OPQ system has easily been my favorite of them all. It feels so smooth and satisfying, yet also totally strong and wrecks tail
My go to weapon of each type are
Smg: dna or kybs worth (both are fun to use)
Shotgun: butcher or convergence
Sniper: skullmasher
Ar: Rowans call or lucians call
Pistol: beacon or multi tap
Launcher: hive or the rhyna
Sheild: infernal wish super soldier or revolter (depends on the build honestly)
Grenade: my fav grenade is epicenter but I use whatever grenade has the annoint I need
If the RHYNA didn’t use soooo much ammo per shot I’d like it

One thing I would do to kinda estimate the stacks on the anarchy would be to look at the crosshair and if you reload but it doesn’t get more inaccurate, you are at full stacks
I had this idea for a listing video being a top 5 or 10 "fallen from grace" gear in BL3. So any weapon/equipment/shield that was once good back in the day but slowly started falling off to being mediocre at best or down right useless at worst

"It's piss" is a reference to jarate, a team fortress 2 item that causes enemy players to take extra damage. And yes, it can be used to douse fire in that game, too
To this day I still have Not picked up or used a plasma coil. The very first kybs worth I ever found was a near perfect one from the diamond loot room

There is a sniper missing on this list I would argue outclasses all of the ones you have listed. “Expert Storm” is OP especially for Zane Builds
even if the free radical wasn't broken af, I would have enjoyed it alot because I find radicals interesting to learn about, and the free radical helps me picture it
I feel the heat exchanger class mod for Mose is massively, massively underrated. Its special effect stacks with let off some steam multiplicatively. When you're near max heat on the mini guns it gets to the point that each shot is doing millions of damage. Its by far the easiest Mose build to do well with. And with the mini guns you cant accidentally blow your self up like with some of iron bears other weapons. Honestly if more people picked up that class mod when it was added in the Murder Mysteries dlc I think it would've gotten absolutly nerfed into the ground.
I was farming for Boogeyman and got like 6 or 7 Kickchargers before I finaly got a single Boogey, so when I heard you say "absolute nightmare to farm" I couldn't help but smirk at the irony

I’ve been working on my moze build for a while, i want to investigate the soulrender, kickcharger, hex grenade, and old god shield (more writing this last part as a note to myself)
The Hex grenade is my forever go to... but holy )#*(%&)@*^% getting to those little flying bastards is a chore, and they only rarely drop it, so... as Marcus would say, "Good luck!"

Just a note about the Super Soldier shield: I'm not sure if it has been stealth nerfed or just bugged as the description is misleading. Instead of the bonuses being active as long as the the shield is full, ALL of the effects are only activated on shield fill and only for a set duration.
For the protective barrier, there's no issue as it works as intended according to the description. For the the other effects, however, the shield not only has to remain full, but will only stay active for around a minute on shield fill. I can only find a single other instance of someone else mentioning this behavior online, which pushes me towards bug, but please feel free to correct me if I'm wrong.
Despite all this is, however, it is still a very solid shield to use, and thankfully, the anointment that triggers fill/break effects with action skills can greatly help remedy this (possible) unfortunate miscommunication.
Imo, the ember's purge is THE most powerful weapon in the game. Use the re-volter glitch combined with the toboggan glitch, and I have it doing 120MIL tick damage. Absolute enemy eraser. (edited because my spelling and grammar were horrible in op)
Base guns for manufacturers never seem to get the love and leveling.
They nerfed Torge sticky and now it's useless unless it's a high spread shotgun.
Vladov needs either a bigger clip or faster reload with their pistols and for rifles either a damage boost or again. Faster reload.
The AR Vladov just seems booty. But, they did make sure to not make the pistols the AR like in BL2...but forgot to fix why nobody played with the AR. Same deal.
And back to the Torgue...what's with the deal of taking the best ARs in BL2 in my opinion when it came to power and consistency and made then booty doo doo.
Purple Torgue ARs were my go to guns at times. Especially with the high fire rate.
I have "10 hours of silence occasionally interrupted by the bad to the bone riff" on and that first Soulrender skull synced so well.
you forgot one very important feature of the roans call(or however you write that gun): The ultra nice sound it makes when its effect is triggering. CA-EFFING-THARTIC!
This vid helped me understand that you don’t need a comprehensive guide to get good at the endgame. I managed to make a pretty good Mayhem 11 Zane build with just items that felt right with it.

The reason I liked the Bee over the Re-Volter is the satisfying "PING" from the amp damage.
I always thought the Storm (Explosive Maliwan Sniper, spawns multiple orbs that shock other enemies) is one of the best snipers, and maybe even top 20 in all borderlands 3 weapons.
In normal mode ,yes. On M11 I wouldn't put it in the top 20. It's easily a top 10 sniper. I run it on my elemental Amara. Status effects amped to the max with a Infernal Wish shield (double projectiles) paired with Indiscriminate makes the orbs spawn where the bullets richocet and when orbs are out you can swap to the Guardian Angel for even more crazy damage. With my set up, I can literally one shot Wontan with DOT damage. Takes out every phase. Such a fun build. The Kill-O-Wisp is crazy strong on that build as well
personally im so happy a LOT of base game guns look, feel and sound as awesome as they are. cuz i rlly want to buy the DLC so bad, but i dont have any money to buy it with lmfao

I've been having a ton of fun with The Garcia. I never knew a shotgun could clip bandit heads at range.
I just wish it still didn't had the delay after two consecutive shots like it once did. It was so fun spamming this thing around, felt like a BL2 Jakobs shotgun

I love these videos! They take a lot of work, but damn I always learn something new. This time I learnt that the Free Radical is the best pistol. I thought it was the Light Show.

You can also get the Tizzy from True Trial of Instinct. Tyrant just dropped me one tonight. Tizzy and Backburner are both 50% drop rates from True Tyrant of Instinct.

Not only that but there’s some amazing grenades for Moze to endlessly spam too. Just like at launch. Ghast Call, Fish Slap, Lightspeed and Hex. All fun on Moze.

You may laugh at me for saying this, but I thought that the ECHO-2 grenade was really good when you used it right. When used as a last minute heal on Zane or Moze it is one of the best grenades I have ever used (Besides pre-nerf hex)

Recently, I’ve been using the butcher. It’s an amazing shotgun, almost like an infinity pistol. But every so often you do need to reload, which is kind of weird.
it's piss has to be a reference to Jarate in TF2 you can't convince me otherwise (jarate did something similar (putting out flaming teammates and making all hits mini crits and making invisible spies visible for a tine)

Traunt on Desolations Edge... but you have to be on Mayhem 6 or higher.

I was lucky enough to get that one anointment for the Soulrender that allows me to shoot continuously while my clone is alive, basically I just end up destroying everything, even if it’s incendiary.
Edit: I’ve also been using the Star Helix lately, and it shreds even more than my Soulrender does. Same anointment, more damage from the three extra projectiles, if it were me I’d put it in the honorable mentions section.

I know the conference call gets a lot of hate but I have actually been able to absolutely destroy grave Ward and the locomotive boss with Zane using the conference call, seeing dead, ice breaker, and a frozen heart shield. Might be worth some testing!!!!
