I've actually had moonshine with a dirty worm. That copper gets like a film to it or something that's like green and color you could see it in the moonshine... I just poured it through a coffee filter and got it out but then you know you can still taste it so I poured it out. They actually make a solvent that you can put through water lines it's food grade it does real good I've always heard you put vinegar in it and just run it through but that solve it works really good. You're supposed to do it if you got copper lines in your house
Phil, good content man! I just got a 10 gallon 3 pot still. Ebay special. I'm taking your advice and doing a vinegar run first. After I do the cleaning run... do I need to do a sacrificial run? If so, is it better to do just a sugar wash run or a corn run?
Philbilly, Since alcohol is used in industry to clean thing, wouldn't the still clean itself? Unless you have crap inside I guess. My dad used to say, no need to clean a shotgun son. The next round will clean out the last one.
Hey brother!!! I have a giant favor!!! I have a set up that I got from a mutual guy and I need guidance and help with getting going. Please can you help me out brother!!! This is a hobby that I’m stoked to get into but I just need a little help. Thank you brother. I appreciate you!!!

Appreciate this phil!🤘🥃🤘
Are you using regular or cleaning vinegar?
Thoughts on using tomato paste?
So how do you season a still? I've never heard that before.
What type of agave did you buy
Another thing, could you try pure malt syrup to bring up your gravity instead of sugar? It's about 80 bucks for 5 gallons of pure barley malt syrup
Damn good video🤘
What works on stainless steel?
Samething vinegar and water, scrub it with soap and water stainless is easier to clean and take care of.
Will this work on a vevor stainless 13 gallon still
Oh yeah works great
I like 551 between runs
Eating at McDonalds is like a cleaning run for your guts
