Oh man, just rediscovering a buttload of old Homestuck songs and oh my god the nostalgia. Now that I know more, Feferi seems a lot more out of character here. She's pretty confident in being the future empress, and she's missing that special tinge of condescension she has in her. Otherwise it's just as beautiful as I remember.
Elinn Andersson i think that's because in comic she was really (probably overly?) confident in her ability to singlehandedly overturn the alternian system. she didn't have any fears about becoming of the condescension- even though, ultimately, she was the more condescending ruler of the two- she genuinely believed she knew the best thing to do for all trolls and would be able to implement it easily once she rose to power. or something like that, hehe.
