You are right, that is Chonburi. At 8:06 the middle of the footage, the 3 short white towers are "Panya Resort Condominium Tower A, B and C", there are not located at the seaside. Shift to a little right, the dark taller tower is located at the seaside called "The Symphony Condo Bangpra-Sriracha". And the buildings all the way to the south are mainly in Siracha district of Chonburi province. Still can not see buildings in Pattaya yet.
FYI. If you’re the only one on the elevator they will turn off the cartoon. A much more sedate place and 200 feet lower is Lebua. It’s closer to the river and still has western facing sunsets
Shortest distance from Bangkok to Pattaya is 98 km. In 314m hight plus your point of view you‘re able to look 74 km in best conditions. Sry, no chance for Pattaya😢

Cash, the Wise app/card, or VISA credit card? We are not used to carrying a lot of cash, hence the question. Thank you for your videos. We will be watching!!
Hi guys. I pay almost everything with my Mastercard. But for taxis and small things cash is needed. I would bring CAD cash here and exchange it at one of the exchange offices in town.

You're thinking about seeing Pattaya at ground level. In the video, you can clearly see the condos which are at least 100m+ if not 200 meters high
I don't know if Chonburi has high rise buildings like that.
